In this paper, the junior middle school students who were selected from the clinical trials of pediatric orthopedics were selected as the experimental group, and the normal junior high school students were the control subjects.Integrated use of literature material method, experimental method and mathematical statistics, the understanding, collecting, sorting and analysis of three subjects in the natural walking gait group data of plantar pressure parameters, explores under normal gait analysis of junior middle school students "eight words" gait and plantar pressure brought by the difference and the different influence, for the human body movement function assessment method, artificial limbs or orthopedic shoes design method for research to provide the basis of the important basis.Experimental results:1.The normal gait is relatively long, both can increase a foot support area and to make sure that the direction of the stretching force and foot body direction is consistent,is helpful to keep the body in the process of natural walking stability. However, the change of the foot progression Angle in the toe-in and toe-out character gait groups is not conducive to the stability of the body. The longest phase of the three-step group during the support period is when the middle foot leaves the ground. The time of the right foot of the abnormal gait group was the longest. The longest duration of the whole support period is the toe-out gait group, and the shortest one is the toe-in gait group. The duration of each phase of the three gait group was almost the right foot longer than the left foot.2.The peak pressure peak of the normal gait group is concentrated in the longitudinal middle area of the foot, and the maximum pressure peak is in the Meta3 area of the foot. The maximum pressure peak of the foot pressure of the toe-in gaitgroup is concentrated in the inner part of the foot, and the maximum pressure peak is the Heel area of foot. The maximum pressure peak of the toe-out gait group is located in the lateral area of the plantar, the maximum pressure peak of the left foot appears in the Meta3 area of the foot, and the right foot is in the Meta1 area. The normal and the abnormal gait group should be aware of the fatigue caused by the high pressure peak at the second and third metatarsal.3.The maximum load rate of both the normal and the abnormal The toe-in and toe-out gait groups appears in the Heel lateral area, and the latter is greater than the former. The pressure peak concentration at natural speed was concentrated in the inner part of the plantar, and the load rate of the left foot Toe1 and Meta1 was significantly different from that of normal gait. The maximum load rate of the toe-out gait group was in the Heel area of the foot and the highest load rate in the three gait group. The asymmetry of the foot progression Angle of the toe-out gait group makes the difference between the left and right foot in the Meta3.4.As far as the maximum charge of the three gait group on left feet, the normal gait group and the toe-out gait group were all in the Meta3 area of the foot, with the appearance of the toe-in gait group in the Meta2 area of the foot.On the right feet, the maximum impulse of the normal gait group is still the Meta3 area of the foot, and the maximum impulse of the abnormal gait group is in the Heel area. There was a significant difference between the left and right feet of Meta1 and Meta3 in the Meta1 and the abnormal gait group.
