As an important part of school sports,sports competitions play an important role in promoting students' physical and mental development,enhancing their physical fitness and promoting their socialization.As the initial stage of cultivating sports interest and improving physical fitness,primary school students are in a special period of rapid growth in both physical and psychological.A reasonable and interesting sports competition plays a key role in students' interest in developing sports and cultivating lifelong physical education consciousness.The research is represented by the first-line developed cities of Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.Its urban development level and supporting facilities are in a leading position.According to the basic,popular,and systematic characteristics of school sports,the use of literature data and questionnaires Laws,case studies,expert interviews,and other research methods were used to investigate the current status of the primary school school sports competition in Beijing?Shanghai?Guangzhou area and the operation and management model.Based on the policy document,social environment,degree of development,and values,the paper analyzes the effects and factors that affect the implementation of the primary school sports competition in Beijing ? Shanghai ? Guangzhou area,and provides suggestions and ideas for the implementation of the primary school school sports competition in China.The development direction of the primary school sports competition provides a reference.Research result:(1)As a whole,Beijing?Shanghai?Guangzhou Area has shown positive trends in the form of sports competitions,the diversity of projects,the number of participants and the importance of attention.(2)The investigation of the purpose,process,effect,and function of the implementation of the primary school sports competition in Kita-Shangta City found that the primary school sports competition gradually developed to the “people-oriented” nature and provided experience for the development direction of the primary school sports competition in China.(3)The number of sports competitions conducted by schools in the North District and the number of participating in the sports competitions outside the school both show an upward trend.This can not only grasp the core of the development of students' physical fitness,but also take into account the function of finding students with strong sports skills.(4)Based on the investigation and analysis of the contents,implementation effects,and influencing factors of the elementary school sports competition in Beijing?Shanghai?Guangzhou City,it is found that there is no clear implementation system and development plan for the elementary school sports competition.(5)At present,there is no special competition management organization and operation model in Beijing?Shanghai?Guangzhou City,which makes the competition lack of organization management and supervision and evaluation.(6)The construction of the public platform of the primary school sports competition network is not yet mature.The use of the Internet platform to publish competition information,record competition data,publish competition results and exchange sports technology needs to be improved.(7)There is a single investment channel for school sports competitions,of which more than 91.5% rely on school funding.Social sponsorship,parental self-raising or government funding are minimal.(8)Family and society awareness and support for primary school sports competitions have yet to be improved.Research Suggestions:(1)Government policy formulation and functional change.The transition from 'government-led' to 'social-led' will stimulate the influence of social forces to enhance the competition so that the sports competition is not limited to the campus.(2)The school's positive response.Schools should be transformed from the five aspects of guiding ideology,project setting,organization and management,funding facilities,and propaganda orientation,so that the number of participating participants,participating projects,and implementation results will be fully enhanced.(3)The orientation of mass media and the rational allocation of social resources.Promotional organizations and other ways to develop parents' attention and participation in sports competitions,relying on new media and other modern platforms and marketing methods to develop and supervise competitions,and increase the attention and influence of primary school sports and school sports competitions.(4)Encourage the development of a youth sports organization platform in diverse communities.Let students have a place to cultivate sports interest,meet individual needs,and achieve joyful body and mind.(5)Make use of network resources such as big data to improve the preservation and management of competition data related to school sports competitions,release of competition content,schedule of competitions,etc.,making the competition information open,transparent,convenient and fast.(6)Based on the perspective of humanism,primary school students' sports competitions should exhibit fun,diversity,and popularity.In combination with the physiological development characteristics of primary school students,students should be able to develop the students' physical qualities with the guiding principle of being able to make them interested.(7)The urgency,regionality,and long-term nature are the characteristics and necessary paths for the reform of primary school sports competition.
