Investigation And Countermeasures On Academic Participation Of Academic Postgraduates In Physical Education In Guangzhou Area

Sports is strong in China,talent is the first resource,and training high-level sports talents plays an important role in promoting our country's progress towards sports power.As an important part of high-level sports talents,it is an eternal topic to improve the training quality of postgraduate students.To improve the academic ability of the master of physical education is the intrinsic requirement and essential need of the postgraduate students.A single form of classroom teaching has some defects in graduate training,and effective academic activities can make up for this defect.Academic activity is an important way to promote postgraduate education.Academic activities of universities development at present and some problems existing in the graduate students to participate in academic activities,how to promote academic activities to carry out the quality and the role of academic activities,is a research field.Follow this study in order to improve the college sports academic learning in Guangzhou region graduate training quality and academic ability as the breakthrough point,based on the college sports in Guangzhou area to learn academic graduate student participate in academic activities of the status analysis,using the method of documentary,investigation and mathematical statistics,through the self-made questionnaire,from the graduate students,tutors,organization and management,academic environment four aspectsexisted problems in the research and analysis to participate in the activities of academic and research the countermeasures to solve the problem.The following conclusions are drawn from this study.Graduate level: academic graduate student sports science,lack of awareness of academic activities,inaccurate positioning,low interest,low involvement,participation in a passive state,preparations for academic activities and to summarize work is insufficient,lack the inherent quality and academic achievements of output is low,writing ability is insufficient.Lack of innovation spirit and problem consciousness,lack of practical ability.The tutor level: the guidance function of graduate students is not ideal for graduate students,lack of supervision of academic students;Some teachers are lack of their own quality,and the guidance form is single,with the supervisor as the center,the guidance time is insufficient,and the time interval is too long.The lack of information on academic activities provided by the tutor for graduate students provides insufficient opportunities for academic training.The organizational management level: colleges and universities are not perfect in the system construction,and the requirements of training programs for academic activities need to be strengthened.As a graduate student of colleges and universities to participate in the activities ofacademic opportunities provided is not sufficient,academic activities to carry out the quality and quantity is less,academic activities too fragmented,randomization,and lack of systemic stability,academic content does not take into account the characteristics of the graduate student learning phase,poor academic activities publicity,schedule and participants.Academic environment: the academic degree of academic postgraduate students in physical education is poor,and there is insufficient communication in the field of academic activities.Academic resources are deficient,academic thinking education is insufficient;Most graduate students only participate in academic activities in this field and expand their longitudinal knowledge.However,the graduate students participate in less academic activities in other related fields and lack of lateral knowledge expansion.Training funds and academic research hardware facilities need to be further strengthened.
