The Research Of The Status And Countermeasures Of Middle School Volleyball Teaching In Kaifeng Urban District

Volleyball teaching is an important part of the school physical education. It play an important role in the development of physical and psychological quality of students. Meanwhile,it's also an important way to give students ideological and moral education which carry out quality education. However,with the development of the society, not only the traditional volleyball teaching methods are backwards,but also the teaching form is single. What is more,the class is very boring. And all these has already influence the play of the volleyball teaching functions that should be played. In recent years, the revolution of school volleyball teaching is constantly pushed. The majority of PE teachers attempt to reform the volleyball teaching contents, teaching methods, technical difficulty, athletics rules, and so on. And it has made certain progress. Exploring new volleyball teaching's form, teaching models and teaching methods, which can meet the needs of new time, which has become a direction that many PE teachers are working towards. At present,the carrying out of middle school volleyball activity in Kaifeng urban district is not ideal. The middle school volleyball cause may turn to further decline if we don't further speed up the revolution of middle school volleyball teaching system in Kaifeng urban district. And this will directly affects the development of middle school volleyball activities in Kaifeng urban district for a long period of time. Based on the comprehensive ,systematic, in-depth investigation and analysis of middle school volleyball teaching status in Kaifeng urban district, this article is conducted to have a comprehensive cause of the middle school volleyball teaching status in Kaifeng urban district, to find out the factors which affect volleyball teaching, put forward targeted countermeasures, provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of the middle school volleyball teaching in Kaifeng urban district, and finally achieve the goal that the middle school volleyball teaching cause in Kaifeng urban district can carried out smoothly.In this article, I draw on the basis of existing literature,take the middle school volleyball teaching in Kaifeng urban district as research object,take questionnaires,expert interviews,statistics and other research methods,investigated the status of middle school volleyball teaching in Kaifeng urban district. And the results are as following:1.The volleyball venues and equipment in Kaifeng urban district can meet the needs of volleyball teaching. But there still exist some problems. For example, the equipment is backward, the update isn't prompt and they are lack the scientific management.2.In the teachers aspect, PE teachers' basic situation is good, but the female PE instructors'and the specialized volleyball instructors'teachers is lacking. Moreover , the volleyball teaching methods are quite obsolete, and exist deficiencies in grasping the scale of"teaching"and"learning".3.In the volleyball teaching process,the choice of volleyball teaching contents, teaching methods ,teaching means and teaching appraisal system, which made by PE teachers, can't reach the sufficient union degree with"Sports And Healthy Curriculum Standards". And it also can't meet the needs of the new curriculum standards.4.The efforts to promote the middle school volleyball extra-curricular activities in Kaifeng urban district are too low that formed out the separation of the inside class from outside class, and this situation go ill with students in the mastery of technical and tactical. The number of students that participating in volleyball extra-curricular activities and the number of times they taking part in are both low, however, the motivation that why they participate in is clear.5.Education authorities and school leaders didn't pay enough attention to volleyball teaching ,the strength of school financial investment is low. It's difficult to guarantee the long-term development of middle school volleyball teaching in Kaifeng urban district, and this affected the enthusiasm of volleyball teachers to a certain extent.
