Study On Analysis And Promotion Strategy Of Competitive Strength Of Badminton In Universities In Henan Province

This study adopts the methods such as literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and so on,measures the competitive strength of badminton in universities in Henan Province according to the results of "Huaguang Cup" University Badminton Championships in Henan Province and analyzes the competitive strength of the 5th to the 7th Henan "Huaguang Cup" University Badminton Championships.Based on the above analysis,this paper attempts to explore the favorable and unfavorable factors that affect the competitive strength of badminton in universities and do a feasible study by putting these factors into the practice of college sports in Henan Province,then find out the favorable factors that are of the universal significance and can be popularized and put forward improvement strategies for the unfavorable factors.The findings are as follows:1.the current situation of competitive strength of badminton in universities in Henan Province:1.1 In terms of overall strength,Zhengzhou University,Henan University,Henan Polytechnic University,Zhongyuan University of Technology and North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power have outstanding competitive strength.There is some fierce competition due to their close level.1.2 In men's competitions,Zhengzhou University,Henan University,North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power and Henan Polytechnic University are strong in the undergraduate first division.While in the undergraduate second division,Zhengzhou University,Zhoukou Normal University,Henan Normal University,Shangqiu Normal University and Xinyang Normal University are more prominent.In the academy first division,Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College,Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College and Zhengzhou Electric Power College shine in overall competitive strength.1.3 In women's competitions,in the undergraduate first division,Zhengzhou University,Zhongyuan University of Technology and Sias International University,have a better overall competitive strength.While in the undergraduate second division,Henan University,Zhoukou Normal University,Shangqiu Normal University and Nanyang Normal University have fierce competition,especially the women's singles of Henan University and the women's doubles of Shangqiu Normal University are the most representative,which shows that badminton is the advantageous project in both universities.In the academy first division,Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College and Pingdingshan Industrial College of Technology have stronger strength.1.4 The number of participants in every champinship is increasing.Male participants in badminton competitions in Henan Province are obviously more than female ones,but the gap between them is gradually narrowing.2.Countermeasures to promote the development of competitive Badminton in Henan Province:2.1 Improve teachers'professional competence and strengthen the reconstruction of teaching staff.First of all,the selection of high-level teachers needs the enthusiasm of various departments of universities to make every step pragmatic and smooth.Second,teachers should learn to keep pace with the times,improve the teaching level and enrich their own teaching experience.2.2 Combine extra-curricular training with in-class teaching better,encourage students to practice badminton skills after class,push students to master technical movements of badminton,apply methods of extra-curricular training to in-class teaching,stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative on badminton learning,and further enhance students' abilities of understanding and applying of badminton teaching content through extra-curricular training.2.3 With Changing idea and leaders'taking seriously,universities should increase their investment in badminton sports,reinforce the construction of venues and facilities,improve the utilization rate of badminton venues,enable more students to participate,select badminton athletes with better quality and lay stress on their training.2.4 Strengthen the research cooperation among universities,establish university badminton league,and organize or participate in all kinds of competitions in and out of universities more often to mobilize students' enthusiasm to change the situation of fewer badminton competitions in universities in Henan Province and the low participation rate.At the same time,establish the university badminton league,hold one or two university badminton competitions every year,and make full use of the favorable resources between the regions and universities.2.5 Enrich the contents and methods of training and improve the training effect.Each skill of Badminton requires hundreds of times of repeated practice,which is boring.Teachers cannot remain unchanged in the training process,otherwise the training effect and students' enthusiasm on badminton will be reduced.2.6 Form the training patterns of talent reserve of "passing on experience".In addition to recruiting students with badminton talent,universities should focus on the training of their own badminton athletes,bulid echelons of talent reserve,and set up the training patterns "passing on experience".2.7 Make good use of the local badminton environment,and encourage students to participate in club activities.Take advantages of regional badminton environment,and regularly send students to compete with the outside clubs.Meanwhile,organize students to participate in high-level amateur badminton competitions.
