After the second half of the 20 th century,the rapid development of science and technology not only showed the longitudinal and meticulous depth,but also highlighted the horizontal expansion,and the intersecting and infiltration of various disciplines resulted in various kinds of frontier interdisciplinary subjects.People are beginning to experience the explosive growth of knowledge and information in the fields of science and technology,and to face the harsh dilemmas of scarcity and pollution from the resources and the environment.Therefore,whether it is for the inheritance and development of advanced science and technology,or to solve the complex challenges faced by mankind,the interdisciplinary intersection gradually occupies an extremely important position in the field of science,and the new period also puts forward higher requirements for new talent cultivation.Considering the demand of the development of the new era for the all-round development of talents,the intersection and comprehensive characteristics of knowledge in chemistry and the unique status of chemical experiment in chemistry,This paper studies the design and implementation of chemical extracurricular experiments from the perspective of interdisciplinary infiltration,through chemical experiment in order to improve the students' learning interest,deepen students a comprehensive understanding and mastering of knowledge and help them fully three-dimensional construction of knowledge network,in practice to improve students' comprehensive ability and core quality.1.By means of questionnaires and interviews,a sampling survey was conducted on the current situation of the design and implementation of chemical extracurricular experiments in middle schools.The results showed that 79.5% of teachers believed that chemical extracurricular experiments had positive promotion significance to students' learning,and 72% of the teachers think multidisciplinary penetration of chemical experiment is beneficial to the promotion of students' chemical comprehensive accomplishment,shows that most teachers believed that combines the characteristic of comprehensive chemistry course cross to design extracurricular experiments can improve students' comprehensive ability to chemistry.But in fact only 9.4% of the teachers organize students extracurricular experiment,only 8% of the teachers will reasonable arrangement of design scheme of the experiment,and 12% of teachers often pay attention toconsciously selecting knowledge of other relevant subjects to design into the teaching process.Therefore,the conscious and purposeful application of multidisciplinary knowledge among middle school chemical teachers is still less,and there is no reasonable arrangement and effective implementation of extracurricular experiments.2.According to the chemistry discipline characteristic and the cognitive assimilation theory,constructivism theory and theory of STSE learning theory,discusses the chemical experiment design principles and design strategy:When designing secondary school chemistry extracurricular experiments of multidisciplinary infiltration,we should not only follow the four basic principles of chemical experiment design,but also consider the unique principles of greenness,interestingness,comprehensiveness and situation.In the experimental design,attention should be paid to creating the situation and realizing meaningful learning;Adopt the life material design experiment,pay attention to the connection with the real life;At the same time,we should combine the knowledge of the course and the knowledge of multiple subjects to help students build a three-dimensional knowledge network;Pay attention to the combination of modern information technology and chemistry experiment.3.According to the principle and strategy of chemical experiment design,the chemical experiment of middle school with multidisciplinary infiltration--fruit battery and wine making were designed.An experimental implementation scheme was designed for the experiment and related evaluation tools were discussed.4.Comparative experiments were conducted according to the experimental scheme,and the experimental results were analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,on-site observation,pen and paper test and interview.It turns out that,in the overall trend of the total score,the performance of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class,indicating that the implementation of the case has achieved a certain expected goal.At the level of knowledge mastery,the score of the experimental class as a whole is 3 points higher than that of the control class.At the experimental process level,the average scoring rate of experimental shift was also reached 67.62 %,and it belongs to the pass grade.In which that score of the operation is much higher than the record and analysis items of experimental data and phenomena,indicating that most students have substantially done the lab.But under the condition of the phenomenon of the experimental data more,student record low ability of processing data.At the level ofemotional attitude and values,the score of students in the experimental class was 67.11% and 68.99%,respectively.On average,each item was significantly more than 2 points higher than the control class.In terms of students' attitude towards experiments,the experimental class thinks that the degree of interest of similar experiments and the degree of satisfaction and expectation of similar experiments are higher than the control class.The extracurricular experiment of multidisciplinary infiltration is more likely to arouse the students' attention,and the implementation of the after-class experiment can open the space of more innovation expansion to the student in comparison with the conventional experiment,thus creating a learning atmosphere that is more popular in the student.
