The number of college graduates is increasing year by year with the increase of employment pressure.This is a trend that college students are faced with employment choice gradually,but the creation of entrepreneurial behavior is a rather complicated process.This process may have experienced the accumulation of psychological impulses,the stimulation of the external environment,policies and regulations encouraged by factors,such as these factors are often not directly influence entrepreneurial behavior,in most cases,first produced a business intention,and then by the intention,and then into entrepreneurial behavior.Thus,to study entrepreneurial behavior,it is inseparable from the study of entrepreneurial intentions,and affect the entrepreneurial intention of a very important pre-factor-personality traits,it becomes a business-related research should be the title.This paper aims to investigate the relationship between personality traits and entrepreneurial intentions of college students,and use the Chinese personality scale(Chinese Personality Assessment Scale,QZPS)to study the influence of Chinese college students' personality traits on their entrepreneurial intentions.This paper introduces perceived desirability as an intermediary variable and examines its mediating role between personality traits and entrepreneurial intention,in order to explore the applicability of entrepreneurial model in Chinese context.Based on the analysis of 379 questionnaires collected from Beijing,Shandong,Shaanxi,Liaoning and other places,this study found that personality traits such as extroversion,interpersonal relationship,behavior style,ability,attitude to life,five all of these dimensions have positive effects on entrepreneurial intention,which validates the hypotheses put forward between the two variables,and the perceived desirability between intermediaries and talents and entrepreneurial intention is significant.
