Kindergarten-based teaching research is an essential part of kindergarten work.It is a vital role that is an important and effective way to promote the professional growth of teachers,as well as improve the quality of education and teaching methods of young children and promote their ongoing development.Because of its excessive emphasis on administrative functions which is always from top to bottom and its single form of teaching research,traditional teaching research methods seriously restricts the development of teaching and research activities,and affects the quality of teaching research.The corresponding traditional teaching research departments only carry out the curriculum tasks,which cannot effectively promote the development of teachers and improve their professional level.With the development of education reform and the rising interest of kindergarten-based teaching research,traditional teaching research methods are no longer meeting acceptable modern standards.This thesis attempts to examine the problems existing in traditional teaching research methods and their branch organizations,to analyze the differences between the traditional teaching research departments and the learning communities,and to clarify the concept of kindergarten-based teaching research learning communities,based on the perspective of our kindergarten.The thesis also attempts to put forward some suggestions for the practical study on constructing kindergarten-based teaching research learning communities based on dialogue theory.This thesis consists of four sections:The first section is the introduction which begins by discussing the four main reasons on why the thesis title was chosen.In short,these reasons include the importance of kindergarten-based teaching research,the change of professional attitudes regarding teacher development,the problems that exist in traditional research on kindergarten education and the current situation of teaching methods that take place in our kindergarten.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical,practical significance and the definition of the concept of this study.Then it introduces the dialogue theory,kindergarten-based teaching research,learning communities and a review of existing research.Finally,it explains the research designs of this study,which looks at the purpose,thought and precise method of the research.The second section expands on the basic idea as well as existing problems of the traditional research method and its varying types,the development of the traditional teaching research activities department in our kindergarten,on the basis of which,the differences between the traditional teaching research activities and the learning communities are analyzed.The third section introduces the establishment and development of the teaching and learning communities of our kindergarten-based teaching research.It mainly includes the establishment stage,the adjustment stage and the deepening stage,and it elaborates on the types of the study communities,the conditions and the questions risen from the situation of each stage and so on.It makes the kindergarten-based teaching research learning communities play a bigger role through perpetually reconsidering the situation of each stage and adjusting the strategy in time.The fourth section introduces the implementation of the dialogue theory which consists of four aspects;building a foundation,using goals and themes,organization and construction,and the effect of implementation.The conclusion will demonstrate that the children,the kindergartens and the teachers all show positive signs of development,thus creating a win-win situation.
