With the arrival of information technology and the continuous upgrading of online media,the content and methods of traditional teaching are also changed.At present,there are a lot of studies are about online learning and the flipping classroom,so this paper chooses three typical teaching situations,which are typical traditional teaching situations,online learning and the flipping classroom.Now,e-learning is becoming an important learning method.Many researchers believe that E-learning can bring a lot of convenience to learners,enable learners to control learning time and space autonomously,and prepare for self-study,review,and take notes on the system.Among them,the flipping classroom is reversed.The traditional teaching sequence is problem-oriented,and learners place themselves in a learning environment with problem-based clues.However,some researchers believe that online learning makes educators and learners' real interpersonal relationships separate and lacks emotional communication;many bad information on the Internet will distract scholars' attention;not everyone is suitable for e-learning,and there is a gap between learners.It's own difference.These factors will affect the effect of learning,so it is necessary to explore the relationship between traditional teaching,online learning,the flipping classroom teaching modes and learning effects.There have been many researches on the relationship between personality traits and learning in psychology.The frequently used personality models include sixteen kinds of personality factors of Cartel and Big Five personality.However,there is almost no research on the combination of personality traits and teaching patterns from the psychological level,to further explore which type of personality is suitable for which teaching mode,and to explore the differences between the learning effects of the three teaching modes from the learner's own differences.This article adopts Big Five personality,because Big Five personality is currently the most commonly used,and related researchers have found that it can cover almost all aspects of personality description.Based on the literature analysis,this article reviews the impact of the three teaching modes on the learning effect and the influence of the five personality types on the learning effect.By recruiting the participants to conduct experiments,the teaching mode(traditional teaching,online learning,flipping the classroom)and the Big Five are discussed.Personality(reproductive,extroverted,open,agreeable,neurotic)is an independent variable,and the learning effect(test score)is a dependent variable,and the relationship between the teaching mode,personality traits,and learning effect is explored,and at the same time,the test process The eye movement data of the subjects were collected,eye tracking information was recorded using the eye tracking technology,and the differences in learning effects of learners with different personality traits were attempted to be verified from the visual psychological level.Through the study,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The three teaching modes have an effect on the learning effect,and the flipping classroom learning effect is the best;(2)Responsibility in the Big Five personality has a significant impact on learners'academic performance,and it positively predicts learning outcomes,while the interaction between conscientiousness and the teaching model is not significant.(3)The neurotic negative predictive learning effect in Big Five personality does not have significant interaction with the teaching model.(4)Open positive predictive learning effects,and significant interaction with the teaching mode,high level of openness,the best learning under online learning,the worst under the traditional classroom teaching mode;when the open level is moderate At that time,flipping classroom teaching is the best way to learn.
