In recent years,local folk art has aroused widespread concern in society,and the state has promulgated some educational policies to ensure students' study of Chinese traditional folk art.Kite is an important representative of folk art,containing unique artistic charm.Weifang in Shandong Province is one of the four major kite producing areas in China.It is known as the "kite capital of the world",and Weifang kite is a national intangible cultural heritage.Weifang kite has a long history,as a local folk art,after thousands of years of development and spread to date,condensed the artistic essence of past dynasties,contains broad and profound characteristics of culture.This article takes Weifang kite as the research object,through explore its history,the culture,the custom,the modelling and other related aspects,takes Weifang kite as the elementary school art curriculum resources to carry on the development practice,developed Weifang kite art course which is suitable for primary school students.The author strives to improve the students' understanding and love of Weifang kite through the art teaching practice of Weifang kite and contribute our own strength to the inheritance of Weifang kite culture.This paper mainly consists of six parts:the first part puts forward the main crises of Weifang kite,and analyzes the performance and causes of each crisis.The second part analyzes the significance and feasibility of Weifang kite as an art curriculum development development.The third part expounds the origin and development,classification and modeling,color and decoration characteristics of Weifang kite,takes it as the the third grade "appreciation and comment" field course and carries on the teaching design and the implementation.The fourth part studies the tools and materials,manufacture and craft,folklore and culture of Weifang kite,and takes Weifang kite as the fifth grade "design and application" field to carry on the curriculum development practice,elaborates the classroom teaching assumption and the achievement.The fifth part analyzes the take-off principle,fitness function and competition rules of Weifang kite,takes Weifang kite as the six grade "comprehensive and exploration" field course and carry out development and teaching practice.The sixth part is the extension of Weifang kite in the construction of campus culture,and expounds several measures to promote students to learn Weifang kite in campus life.This study hopes to provide some reference for art teachers to develop local folk art courses.Broadening students' vision of folk art,and enhance students' cultural pride and self-confidence,At the same time,this article plays a positive role in promoting the inheritance to Weifang kite culture.
