Conscripts Interpersonal Communication Adaptability Obstacle Project Plan

The transformation from local youth to military personnel is actually a re-socialization process.This role conforms to the objective laws of military development in the transition process and also reflects the benign interaction between individuals and troops.Due to the special nature of the troops,it pays attention to cultivate soldiers as new generation of revolutionary ones full of soul,skill,bloody,virtuous,but often overlooked interpersonal conscripts to build support networks,coupled with that conscripts have less opportunities to go out.These make the interpersonal circle of conscripts even smaller.With the departure from the development of the original social support system,the conscripts are prone to the problem of uncomfortable interpersonal communication when faced with changes in the new social environment.Our military's political work attaches great importance to the adaptive education of newly enlisted conscripts,but it mainly has the following problems.The weakening of political cadres' ranks,the ageing of educational methods,and the falsification of content forms have seriously affected the quality and effectiveness of education,and have failed to fundamentally strengthen the ability of conscripts to adapt to interpersonal communication.Social work has obvious advantages in satisfying members,self-development,cognitive ability,and enhancing interpersonal communication,and social work is still in the exploratory stage in the military application,and there is still much room for development.Through investigation,the author believes that the interpersonal communication obstacles is not a mental illness.It is because the individual's social needs have not been satisfied,and they have not fully understood their own communication problems in the process of dealing with people.The author hopes to rely on my military experience and the advantages of professional knowledge in social work,proceeding from the value concept of social work,applying professional methods and grasping the psychological state of interpersonal communication among conscripts,helping the disorder soldiers meet the obstacles to solve problems and realize their potential,to ease emotions,enhance interpersonal skills,and help them adapt to the life of the troops as quickly as possible.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to meet the needs of the disorder soldiers in interpersonal communication from the perspective of social work.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance of the topic,research ideas,research methods,relevant concepts and related literatures.The second part is the analysis of the obstacles to interpersonal communication among the conscripts and the feasibility of intervention.Through interviews,it is found that the reason why the conscripts will encounter obstacles in interpersonal communication is mainly due to the lack communication cognition,communication emotion expression,and communication skills.The third part is the team work intervention project design.Based on Schutz's interpersonal needs theory and social learning theory,the author analyzes the reasons for the group members' interpersonal communication obstacles,observes and learns each other through the group activity platform,and cooperates with the group activity plan to improve the ability of interpersonal communication.The fourth part is the project evaluation,which mainly includes the assessment subject,assessment content and assessment methods.
