The Exploration Of Social Work Intervention In Youth Entrepreneurship

In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the nation has rapidly set off an upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship.As the ones who have the most innovative capabilities and vitality,the youth groups are undoubtedly the main force in China's innovation and entrepreneurship.However,the youth groups face numerous entrepreneurial issues because of little experience,such as lack of entrepreneurial ability,lack of enterprise management experience,lack of understanding of market conditions,lack of funds and so on.The author attempts to get involved in youth entrepreneurship issues with social work professional methods,conduct related practical explorations and summarize corresponding solutions.The paper mainly uses two methods,which are participation in observation and interviewing.As a service provider for young entrepreneurs and also a social worker,the author can use this dual identity to work through cases,groups,and communities work and social administration methods under the guidance of social work-related theories to assist youth groups to solve a series of entrepreneurial issues they face,and then continuously enhance the entrepreneurial ability of young entrepreneurs and establish a perfect China's innovation and entrepreneurship service system.This paper compares and analyzes the status of youth entrepreneurship and the causes of entrepreneurial issues at home and abroad as well as fully understands and grasps the needs of the young groups for entrepreneurial services.The paper uses the theory and methods of casework to help young entrepreneurs solve the issue of their partners and little enterprise management experience and so on.The paper uses group work theory and methods to solve the main difficulties of team management,funds and resources.The paper uses community work theory and methods to solve the lack of social resources from the macro system and the environment.The paper uses social administration theories and methods to create a good social policy and legal environment for young entrepreneurs.At the same time,it reflects on the practical exploration of social work involved in young entrepreneurial issues.Finally,it summarizes and discusses the research of this paper and analyzes the deficiencies of the paper.
