China's national strength has improved significantly,Sino-Thai friendship has been deepening,and the Chinese Teaching industry has developed rapidly in Thailand.Under the active promotion of Confucius Institute Headquarters,Tens of thousands of Chinese teacher volunteers have entered Thai schools and communities and devoted themselves to teaching Chinese.From May 15,2016 to March 17,2017,In the past ten months,I have taught in the Confucius Classroom at Sawangboriboon Wittaya School of Chinese teaching in Pattaya,Thailand.In the teaching process,I fully aware of the importance of classroom management,and try to use effective classroom management mode,constantly standardize and strengthen classroom management.This paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship between teachers and students in the classroom management of Chinese-Teaching primary school.The paper structure consists of six parts.Chapter One is a Summary of the Research on Classroom Management of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language,These summarize the current situation of Chinese teaching classroom management from hree perspectives:research area,research method and research content.The second chapter defines the related concepts such as the relationship between teachers and students in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In the third chapter,the present situation of teacher-student relationship in the teaching process of Chinese language teaching in primary schools in Thailand is presented in the form of case analysis,and the characteristics are summarized.The fourth chapter summarizes the factors that affect the relationship between teacher and student in Chinese classroom teaching in Thai primary schools.Respectively,from the teachers and students to participate in the main body,the differences between China and Thailand education system and the differences between China and Thailand cultural background three aspects of analysis.In the fifth chapter,to construct good teacher-student relationship,I put forward general opinions on the management of Chinese teaching in primary schools.Finally,the paper points out the shortcomings of this study.
