Since Job Burnout was put forward, teachers, the high-risk group of Job Burnout have also been given a broadly attention and discussion.Teacher Burnout refers to the exhaustion of teachers who have been under work pressure for a long time due to their inability to cope with work pressure.Teachers who are in teacher burnout will also show symptoms of emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and reduced personal accomplishment.Teachers' daily work includes not only teaching tasks, but also administrative affairs from the school as well as communication with students and their parents. At the same time,as a practitioner in a special helping industry, teachers also need high-intensity emotional output.Facing work pressure for a long time is undoubtedly a huge challenge for teachers. If teachers are unable to effectively alleviate this kind of work pressure,it will cause job burnout.Job Burnout is not only detrimental to the physical and mental health of teachers, but also has certain adverse effects on the academic progress of students and the creation of a good academic atmosphere in the school.Although the current research on Teacher Burnout is not few, most of the researches focus on pedagogy and psychology, and mainly centered on the overall level of Teacher Burnout and related influencing factors. However, from the current point of view, scholars' discussions on the solutions to teacher burnout are not detailed enough, and the research of social work intervention is even rarer. This research takes young middle school teachers as the research object and Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy as the theoretical basis.Through the method of developing group social work, summarize the practical experience in the process of group work.We also explored the effectiveness of Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy in alleviating Teacher Burnout. In the data collection stage, the author uses questionnaire survey method, interview method and participatory observation method to conduct problem investigation and needs assessment. The author found that the overall level of Job Burnout of young middle school teachers is relatively low,but they show more serious emotional exhaustion.Secondly, some young teachers have Job Burnout, but they hope to improve their current status. At the same time, the author found that some young teachers have some unreasonable cognitions about the work.Young teachers with unreasonable cognitions are more prone to feelings of powerlessness and frustration, and they are more prone to emotional exhaustion. Therefore, based on Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy, the author uses developing group social work methods to intervene in the problem of Job Burnout of young middle school teachers. The main purpose of the group is to change young teachers' unreasonable cognition of work, thereby effectively alleviating work pressure, changing the state of emotional exhaustion, and changing Job Burnout condition. In the process of group work, the group members through sharing learn emotional ABC theory, irrational cognition recognition and debate skills, changed their original irrational cognition, learned a rational lifestyle, and improved the team members' ability to deal with work problems.Thereby improving Job Burnout to a certain extent. The evaluation results show that young teachers have a certain understanding of emotional abc theory, master some skills in identifying irrational beliefs. They can look at work problems more rationally, and have more specific solutions to work problems. At the same time,it also analyzed and summarized the areas that need to be improved in the group practice process, such as more reasonable control of the group process, and appropriate addition of practical exercises related to the identification and debate of irrational beliefs.
