Intervention Of Rational Emotional Therapy Model In Psychological Disorderl Of Orphans In Diaspora

The scattered orphans are the typical vulnerable groups in the society,and the personnel are relatively scattered.Different from the orphans in the hospital that can be cared for intensively,it is more difficult for the society to care for the scattered orphans.Orphans in diaspora face multiple difficulties,such as material scarcity,spiritual emptiness,social discrimination and so on.This paper focuses on the social psychological barriers of orphans in diaspora.This problem is easy to be ignored by the orphans' guardians and themselves.It has high concealment,but it does great harm to orphans.So it is necessary to study.In this paper,the author takes a case during the internship as an example to carry out a series of psychological counseling after the needs assessment of the case owner.In terms of research methods,interview and observation are used,and the "comprehensive diagnosis scale of interpersonal relationship" accepted by the academic community is used to evaluate the interpersonal relationship of the subject scientifically.In this study,rational emotional therapy was used to treat the social psychological disorders of the subjects in combination with "ABC personality theory","human in the situation theory" and "social support theory" in social work theory.The three irrational beliefs of the case owner can be concluded from many case talks: I am different from others,and others think I am pitiful;I am an orphan,and others deliberately bully me;I am incompetent,and I can do nothing well.Through the evaluation after eight talks,it is concluded that the irrational belief of the case owner has gradually changed,and the social psychological barriers of inferiority,anxiety and sensitivity have greatly improved.It has been able to refute the irrational belief on its own,and actively make friends,so as to expand the communication circle and form a good social purpose.It is proved that it is effective to use rational emotional therapy model to help patients with social psychological disorders.
