Study On Ethics Security In Classroom Teaching

The purpose of classroom teaching is adults,to all human development as a criterion,the human issue is bound to involve ethical and moral issues,ethical safety is the basic need of classroom teaching practice activities,is the basic guarantee to achieve teaching goals.The so-called ethical safety in the classroom refers to the spiritual safety of people in classroom teaching.Individuals are recognized and accepted in the ethical community in which they live and there is consensus on the universal ethical values.It mainly shows that the classroom atmosphere is full of ethics spirit,the language of teacher-student dialogue reveals the ethics,the ethics harmony of teacher-student and student.However,the current classroom teaching scene,the ethical nature of classroom teaching alienation,teaching autocracy,lack of ethical language,communication between the subjects of ethical tension,blocked students 'ethical liberation and life experience,ignoring students' subjective status and humanistic care,resulting in tension between teachers and students,the tension of the relationship between the ethical safety of classroom teaching,and the impact of teaching goals.The main reason is the influence of utilitarian culture,traditional teaching thought and instrumental teaching idea,and the research on ethical safety has not been able to guide the specific classroom teaching.Therefore,correcting the ethical safety problem of teaching field is an urgent problem and obligatory responsibility.Therefore,it is our urgent and unshirkable responsibility to correct the problem of ethical safety in teaching field.We try to explore the theoretical support of constructing the ethical safety of classroom teaching from the aspects of traditional ethical and cultural resources,humanistic and humanistic educational thought resources and hidden curriculum development resources.This paper tries to solve the problems of ethics and safety from the aspects of teachers 'ethics and culture embedding,teaching from students and using ethics in teaching process,deepening the theoretical research of ethics and safety in classroom teaching and constructing ethics spirit in classroom teaching.To be able to provide some guidance and help for classroom teaching activities.Make teaching more and more rich and perfect,teaching people in the ethical concern under more happy.Classroom teaching is the field with the ethics attribute and the ethics mission.It is necessary to construct the ethical and safe teaching people in the world.At present,people pay attention to the ethics of classroom teaching.On the basis of this,we construct the ethical safety concept which conforms to the teaching characteristics and the needs of social development from the two levels of theory and practice,so as to better guide teaching practice.
