Since Boyer(E)proposed the "teaching academic" point of view,the teaching and academic relationship between college teachers has become a hot topic in education.In recent years,the research focus of teaching and learning has gradually shifted from universities to primary and secondary schools.The research paradigm has gradually expanded from qualitative and quantitative research to action research.Excavating the content of socialist core values in the Chinese curriculum is a process in which teachers practice value education and is an important measure for the practice of academic teaching,and it is also one of the ways for teachers to grow professionally.Therefore,the academic development of primary school teachers' academic teaching has important practical value for primary school teachers in cultivating and practicing socialist core values,and it is of great significance for the follow-up study of primary school teachers' teaching and learning.This study is based on Shulman's theory of subject teaching knowledge,Schon's reflective practice theory,and Kamies' theory of action research process model.It combs the research achievements of academic teaching in recent five years and the research status of socialist core values.It lays out the basic requirements for the teaching practice of primary school Chinese teachers and the ideal path for primary school teachers' academic practice.Members of the mobile community learned the paradigm and methods of action research together,jointly explored the content of socialist core values in the Chinese language curriculum for primary schools,and conducted three rounds of action research.This study gets many results:Firstly,after three rounds of action research,the researchers reviewed the content,methods,processes,and effects of action research.The teachers made the following suggestions.First of all,the content of the core values of congregationalism excavated in the elementary school Chinese language curriculum requires teachers to start from the smallest points and pay attention to the effects of subtle influences.It should not be too deliberate.Next,tapping socialist core values can be integrated across multiple disciplines.It should not be limited to language courses.Once again,if we focus on long-term results,we should consider doing research on the entire semester and the entire book.We should not stick to certain units.Finally,in the aspect of testing the effect of research,we should pay attention to the long-term effect and pay more attention to students' practices in life.Secondly,the exploration of the action research on the content of socialist core values in the Chinese language curriculum in primary schools has enabled researchers to gradually adapt to changes in roles,learn to cope with the situation of mutation,and firmly believe in becoming an outstanding teacher.To a certain extent,the development of action research has updated the academic concept of teachers' teaching,enriched the academic knowledge of teachers,and improved the academic ability of teachers.Thirdly,the researchers proposed new thinking about the academic development of teacher teaching.The academic concept of teaching,the academic knowledge of teachers,and the teaching ability of teachers have become the new connotations of teachers' academic development.From the perspective of lifelong learning and the professional development of teachers themselves,learning and teaching become a new perspective for teachers' academic development.In the age of knowledge-based economy,the new requirements put forward by teachers in education reform and cooperation research have become new requirements for teachers' academic development.The academic community of teaching has become a new paradigm for the development of teachers' academic teaching.
