Because of the frequency of bullying on campus,people are deeply worried.It has aroused the attention of all circles,so junior high school left-behind boarder bullying is still a hot issue.It makes the left-behind boarders in junior high school enter the author's view and become the object of the study.How to educate and manage the left-behind students in junior high school? How to prevent bullying on campus? How to keep them healthy and happy? These problems not only have become to be solved in the process of the development of rural compulsory education,but also become a problem for education workers today,and the center of gravity of the education work of junior high school in modern towns and villages.Fenkai county is mainly agricultural development.It belongs to the poor mountainous areas.Most of the farmers go out to work in the Pearl River Delta.The rural areas are mainly old people and children.Fenkai county has jurisdiction over 16 towns,that has 20 junior high schools.It has 19 primary schools in rural boarding system where villages and radiation are heavily populated.The management of the campus bullying is recognized as a hard bone which has a lot of problems.How to educate and manage the campus bullying of left-behind boarders in junior high school? It has aroused the concern of the society and school educational workers' attention.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,interview investigation method,case method,questionnaire survey method and so on.It is based on the typical campus bullying problem of left-behind boarders in Fenkai county.The study object is the left-behind boarder in Fenkai county.Through the questionnaire survey of left-behind boarders and the head teachers,subject teachers,administrators and so on.There is a detailed understanding of the current situation of school bullying in middle school.Then analyze and discuss the theoretical analysis and discussion on the problem that reflected in the questionnaire to find out the root cause and countermeasure of the problem.In order to better educate and manage junior high school left-behind students.It not only can prevent school bullying,but also can build a harmonious campus to provide effective suggestions and countermeasures.It can also provide a scientific basis for educators.This study is divided into four parts:First of all,the first chapter introduces the concept of left-behind boarding students and campus bullying in junior high school.Next,the author focuses on the research status,research trend and main problems of campus bullying both at home and abroad etc.Finally,the concrete research method,the research technique route and the specific content of the research are worked out.The second chapter is about the investigation and research on the status quo of the bullying of left-behind boarding students in Fenkai county.First of all,the research subjects were identified as the left-behind boarders in the five primary schools in Fenkai county.Secondly,the preparation of student questionnaires,the distribution of questionnaires and the collection of questionnaires are carried out gradually.Thirdly,statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the questionnaire data.After preparing the interview outline of students and teachers,to interview them.Finally,this paper analyzes the typical cases of campus bullying of left-behind students in junior high school.The third chapter analyzes the causes of campus bullying in the left-behind boarders in Fenkai county.It is mainly from the subjective aspect,objective aspects(family,school,society)to analyze the causes of the bullying of left-behind boarders in junior high school.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the prevention of the campus bullying and the creation of harmonious and safe campus from the four levels of the left-behind boarders,families,schools,government and society.Studies show that about 2.55 people per 10 people experience school bullying.Male left-behind boarders have more experience of school bullying than female left-behind boarders.The children of the reorganized family are the most exposed to school bullying.Children with a harmonious family atmosphere at least suffer from school bullying.Parents who have the final say in the family and often scold and scold the children of the family are easy to become bullies or victims of bullying.More democracy,more respect for children's families,less bullying on campus.The most bullied is the seventh grade junior high school left-behind boarders.Most of the left-behind boarders in junior high school are disgusted and strongly opposed to bullying on campus.A small number of left-behind boarders want to participate in school bullying.The problem of campus bullying is more prominent and serious in the middle school.
