Since the 21 st century,school bullying occurs frequently,mainly presents in the form of speech bullying,physical bullying,relational bullying,cyberbullying.Looking at the current campus ecology of junior high school,some schools of bullying problems are showing the trends of wide-ranging,deep,growing and deteriorating.and they are growing and deteriorating in some regions and periods.School bullying is universality,diversity,repeatability and concealment that creates multiple hazards to victims,families and the society.Proposing a school bullying prevention strategy scientifically and solving the problem of school bullying effectively is not only conducive to young people's physical and mental health,but also the proper meaning of the cultivation of elementary education talents in the new era,as well as promotes the harmony of schools,families and society.Firstly,this study takes the analysis of academic circles on school bullying and life education as breakthrough point,investigates the current situation of school bullying in junior high school,analyzes the causes of junior high school bullying,and proposes prevention measures for junior high school bullying,and calls for social forces to jointly protect the health of growing teenagers.Secondly,this study takes the J middle school in Zhoukou City as an example to investigate the current situation of school bullying in junior high school.It is found that there are serious problems of school bullying in the J middle school by the questionnaire survey and individual interviews.It is mainly represented in the following aspects: the main types of school bullying are speech bullying,relationship bullying and physical bullying,in which the incidence of speech bullying is the highest;school bullying mainly occurs in classrooms and some hidden places;students,teachers and parents have a lower awareness and poor attention of school bullying;the school has a weak awareness of preventing school bullying,the school bullying prevention mechanism has not yet been established,the school's supervision of school bullying is not in place,and the measures that have been implemented are lagging-behind.Thirdly,this study explores the reasons for the frequent bullying in junior high school.It mainly manifested in the following four aspect: individually out of control is the direct cause of school bullying;family disability is the "seed";school dereliction of duty is the soil that breeds school bullying;and social anomie increases the difficulty of prevention and control of school bullying.At last,the study proposes the prevention and treatment path of junior high school bullying in the following four aspects: on the individual level,teenagers should improve self-regulation ability and handle interpersonal relationship correctly;On the family level,parents should pay attention to family education and give play to the function of family's educational care;On the school level,teachers and stuffs should improve the campus bullying prevention mechanism and realize the function of school's educational orientation,and on the social level,civics should create a good social environment and give play to the society's function of the collaborative education.
