The 21st century calls for change and demands cooperation.This is an era in which both competition and cooperation coexist.The new curriculum reforms which is in full swing make the demands of quality education,become stronger and stronger.Many schools and teachers have also conducted various attempts on the group cooperative learning to improve students' achievement,train students' ability,and comply with reform trend under this background,.However,the group cooperative learning has both achievements and various problems in its implementation.The article which combines the theory and the concrete practice has carried out the comparatively systematic research on the problems,the causes and the countermeasures of the high school ideological and political group group cooperative learning.The full text is mainly divided into three parts.The first part finds out the main problems in the ideological and political education group cooperative learning based on the investigation of the group cooperative learning system.In the course of cooperative learning in the ideological and political education group,the problems were narrowed,formalized,and random;The team's collaborative learning group construction is not satisfactory,and the total scores could not distinguish the specific conditions of each subject and ignore the influences brought by students'personality,and easily cause the potential for polarization as well as the inequality of the group's participation opportunities;The methods of evaluation of the group's cooperative learning are yet to be improved.In particular,the learning of group evaluation is not timely,the content of group's collaborative learning evaluation is single,and the group's cooperative learning evaluation criteria are inconsistent.These problems have led to the ineffectiveness of group cooperative learning.The second part mainly studies and discusses the causes of the problems in cooperative learning of high school ideological and political education group.The reasons for these problems are mainly manifested in three major contradictions:the reality that there is a contradiction between the ideal of high school ideological and political group cooperation implementation and the college entrance examination score as the main criteria.There is a contradiction between the timetable for co-teaching of high school ideological and political teaching teams and the actual teaching tasks.There is a conflict between the cooperative learning effect of high school ideological and political group and the actual quality of students.These contradictions have led to the ineffective application of group cooperative learning to ideological and political education.Meanwhile,the moral education function of ideological and political education has not been brought into full play.In the third part,on the basis of the analysis of the problems and causes,the countermeasures for solving these problems are specifically proposed.In the setting of the group's cooperative learning,it is necessary to avoid problems that are too narrow,formal,and lack system settings.At the same time,we must also pay attention to the differences between students' specific subjects in the construction of the group,complement other students' personalities and give students equal opportunities to participate in.As for the evaluation of group cooperative learning,we must pay attention to timely evaluation,unified evaluation criteria,and pay attention to the evaluation process to avoid a single so as to make the evaluation content diversified.
