B.A.Sukhomlinski is a famous education theorist and practitioner in the former Soviet Union.His labor education thought is an important part of his entire education ideology.Suhommlinski believes that the ultimate goal of labor education is to improve people's work literacy,promote the development of civic morality,and ultimately cultivate real people.The development of the country and society requires such citizens.Today,Sukhomlinski' s labor education thought is still drawing attention from the world.The reason is that his labor education thought is in line with the requirements of social development and progress of the times..Based on this,this article mainly studies Suhomlinski ' s labor education thought and its practical value from the following five aspects:The first part makes a detailed analysis of the formation and development process of Suhomlinskii' s labor education thought from three different levels.The first level mainly introduces the social background generated by Suhomlinski' s labor education thought from three aspects:political,economic and educational background,it is this specific background that has provided a useful soil for the formation of Sukhomlinski's labor education thought;the second level elaborates on the two theoretical supports formed by Sukhomlinski' s labor education thought,that is,Marxist-Leninist labor value theory and Makarenko ' s labor education thought.;the third level focuses on an analysis of the deep personal practice basis of the formation of Sukhomlinski ' s labor education thought.Sukhomlinski's theory of labor education ideology is closely linked with his specific practice at Pavreish Middle School and is a correct theory that has been tested in practice.The second part focuses on the important role of Sukhomlinski' s labor education thought in promoting students' all-round development.Suhommlinski emphasized time and again that labor education should permeate the entire process of comprehensive development.It is not only an important content of all-round development,but also the foundation of all-round development.It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of moral education,intellectual education,sports,and aesthetic education.The third part mainly discusses the purpose and tasks of Sukhomlinski' s labor education.The purpose of labor education mainly consists of the social purpose of creating certain material wealth for the society,as well as the ideological purpose of enriching people's spiritual life and raising people's spiritual realm.The main task of labor education is to promote the formation of students' work literacy,so that students not only have a certain degree of labor skills,but more importantly,they must elevate their ideological and moral realm through labor education and train future citizens.The fourth part elaborates the specific principles and methods of implementing Sukhomlinski's labor education.In the teaching practice,Sohomlinski explored a set of specific principles of labor education,including public welfare,earlyness and quantity,putting forward practical methods of implementing labor education such as self-service,model demonstration,timely review and collective work.The fifth part summarizes the unique value of his labor education thought through the objective evaluation of Suhomlinski,s labor education thought.Combined with the reality of current labor education in China,it is necessary to fully explore the significance of Suhomlinski's labor education thought for improving the quality of current labor education in China,improving methods of labor education,and enhancing the effectiveness of labor education.
