"A man is not a sage."It is an unavoidable topic in daily education that a teacher in charge of a class has a critical conversation with the students.In 2009,the Ministry of Education issued the regulations on the work of the Middle and Primary School head Teachers.Article 16 clearly states that "in the management of daily education and teaching,the teacher in charge of the class,"they have the right to criticize their students in an appropriate way."This regulation affirms the legal right of the head teacher to carry out critical conversation and gives the legal basis of the class teacher's critical conversation.Conversation is not only an art but also a skill.In particular,high school class teachers should learn how to criticize students in the face of their mistakes.Students can be aware of their mistakes,correct mistakes,but also promote the relationship between teachers and students,played a good educational effect.But in real school life,many high school class teachers can not properly use their conversational critical skills.This is the reason why this paper studies critical conversation.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is about the significance of high school teacher in charge critical conversation skills and elaborates the theoretical basis,using the four research methods(the literature method,interview method,case analysis,experience summary method).The second part mainly studies the current situation of the high school head teacher's critical conversation skill.The author takes his own internship school as the interview object,and makes the detailed interview record to the high school class teacher and the student,and has made the detailed interview record.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in high school class teachers' critical conversation skills at the present stage.During the interview,it was found that the main problem at the present stage was that the high school head teacher was conducting a critical conversation.At the same time,the students in the senior middle school are in a rebellious mentality and reject the head teacher.The teacher in charge lacks critical conversation skills.The third part is the key content of the article,from the teachers and students two major teaching themes to discuss the reasons of the problems in the high school political lesson problem inquiry teaching,and deeply analyze the crux of the problem.The fourth part mainly puts forward the corresponding strategies and solutions to the problems existing in the current high school class teachers' critical conversation skills.The teacher in charge of the class should constantly change the teacher's idea,improve the teacher's personal accomplishment,and do the emotion in the critical conversation.Manage communication and master the skill of class teacher's critical conversation.
