Under the background of comprehensively governing the country according to law and building a socialist country under the rule of law,education based on the rule of law has become a systematic project in the national education system.As the state stipulates that the curriculum of the rule of law should be established in middle schools,the Ministry of Education has replaced junior high school ideological and moral teaching materials with textbooks on morality and the rule of law.How to cultivate students'awareness of the rule of law and enhance the effectiveness of the education of the rule of law has increasingly attracted the attention of the academic community and become the subject of common research in schools and society.The simulated courtroom teaching method is an important platform for the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law for junior high school students.To explore the experience and methods of using the simulated court teaching method to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law is the key issue of this paper.This paper aims at cultivating students' consciousness of law in courtroom teaching by adopting literature research method and analysis induction method,and puts forward concrete implementation strategies for cultivating students'sense of law awareness in court teaching.This paper is divided into five parts,focusing on the three steps of cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law:simulation court pretrial preparation strategy,simulation of court trial organization and deployment strategy,simulation courtroom summary and evaluation strategy.Under each strategy,the corresponding teaching process and operability methods are elaborated.The first part:the simulation courtroom teaching method and its significance to the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law for junior high school students.This part mainly elaborates the connotation and characteristics of the consciousness of the rule of law and the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law,and briefly compares the difference and connection between the sense of law and the law.Through the analysis and comparison to determine the connotation of the legal consciousness studied in this paper,it also discusses the significance of the simulated court teaching method in cultivating students' sense of law.The second part:Simulation court pre-trial preparation strategy.First,understand the types of simulation courtroom activities,secondly,the general steps for preparing courtroom simulations.The third part:the simulation of organizing and deployment strategy of court trials.First of all,it elaborates on the principles of simulating the organization of courts and makes a general analysis of several principles.Secondly,the specific steps to simulate court trials are described:simulated drills and court education.The fourth part:Simulation courtroom summary and evaluation strategy.The method of summarizing evaluation was used to elaborate the focus of grasping the summarizing evaluation,and a practical method for effectively improving the summative communication was proposed.The fifth part:It mainly analyzes the problems that should be paid attentio n to when using the above simulation court teaching strategy.The aim is to focus on the vividness of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law and at the same time to grasp the educational laws that aim at cultivating the rule of law for junior high school students.
