Fine arts teaching should combination with teaching practice,develop curriculum resources,and it is comply with "art course standard of full-time compulsory education(experiment draft)" explicit requirements:Teaching materials should have the maneu-verability,should adapt to the teaching situation at that time,should consider the infra-structure and the level of students in the region,teachers should make full use of local culture resources as the local teaching material that students easy to accept.To get the content selection localization,the hierarchical organization and curriculum organization of the school-based textbooks gradually.Show local historical and cultural resources through the "cartoon" development course,make students to combine art with the study of other subjects and life history,and environment,the fine art's learning areas extend to local and wider scope.Nowadays,the society attaches importance to teaching of art sub-ject,an important trend is advocating leading children to value local culture through the teaching of fine art,carry forward and carry on the national culture characteristic.How-ever,in today's junior high school students blindly adopt exaggerated and radical fashion elements,and know little about the traditional fine arts and culture,which caused the tra-ditional culture to have problem in the inheritance and development;student's affection for the nation and the country attenuated.For the above situations,it is timely and feasi-ble to explore the local traditional art resources and develop them into an available fine art teaching course.The author worked in Erdos Dongsheng district six years,through the teaching practice of introducing local cultural resources,combing and classify local cultural re-sources,we gain a lot resources linking with fine art.These resources should be imple-mented in the practice of fine arts curriculum,and connect with the content of teaching materials,make a choice,extract the part that can be used,expand the content of teachingThis article is divided into three parts,the first part combine with teaching practice,expand the preparation of art course resources,and excavate the local natural cultural re-sources and the social cultural resources.The second part do a related introduction of the Mongolian pattern,the third part show the local characteristic culture in the course of classroom practice,reflect on the classroom teaching and curriculum development in the future.
