With the advancement of new curriculum reform,teachers,as the most basic and important human resources in education,increasingly caused the attention of the education administrative departments and the education and curriculum theory experts,especially the novice teachers,whom faced with multiple pressures and challenges of the curriculum reform and the identity adaptation in the process of transformation from students to teachers.More and more researchers start to make the novice teachers as the research objects,analyze their professional development process and the dilemmas they facing from different aspects,and hope to make the novice teachers better adapt to the process of the new curriculum reform.This study adopted the method of narrative research,selected three novice teachers respectively from the subjects of Chinese,math and English,and collected datum with the method of semi-structured interview and classroom observation,to analyze three teachers' characteristics and influence factors in the process of identity construction.This study consists of the following seven parts:The first part is the introduction.It precisely introduces the background,purpose and significance of research,definition of core concepts and corresponding literature review.The second part is the research design and implementation process.This part mainly introduces the implementation process of the research,including the selection of the research methods,the choice of research objects,research data collection methods,research process and research ethics,reliability and validity.The third,fourth and fifth parts are the stories and interpretations of the three novice teachers.On the basis of collecting three teachers' teaching life stories,the status and influence factors of the three teachers' identities were analyzed respectively.The sixth part is the characteristic and the influence factor of the novice teachers'identities.Based on three teachers narrative,it is concluded that the novice teachers'identities have the characteristics of autonomy,practicality and dynamic,influenced by three factors of the system(education and internship experience,school management and training),relationship(significant others),and teachers self(teachers' emotion and teaching attitude).The seventh part is conclusion and suggestion.Through the overall analysis of three new teachers' identity narrative,it is found that the new teachers' identities are a process of dynamic construction,which is the result of the interaction of system,others and self.On the basis of this,the author gives corresponding suggestions:to strengthen the teacher's emotional education,to construct the school organizational culture,and to carry out the education narrative study.
