Teacher education is the mother machine of education and the power source to improve the quality of education.There are many problems in the training of normal students in China,such as uneven quality of students,simplification of teachers,lack of quality and quantity.Under the background of the training process,the training process of normal students in Yunnan province was born.Through the use of the theory of process management as a theoretical breakthrough point,according to the theory of the four stage of the PDCA cycle,it emphasizes the overall grasp of the training course for normal students and the supervision of the key points.In the process planning stage,the text of the teacher education policy in China,such as the teacher's professional standards(trial run),is the blueprint for the formation of the process quality standard requirements for normal students to train "3 links-9 stages".In the process of implementation,through stratified random sampling,three undergraduate institutions such as Yunnan Normal University were selected as the research objects to conduct a survey.First,text analysis is used to collect and analyze the text of the training program.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the training process of 900 senior normal college students,and the frequency analysis is carried out with SPSS 22.Third,interview survey method is used to interview the senior teachers and the related teachers.Step by step inquiries about the implementation and experience of the training process of normal students.Under the joint effect of the three research methods,the results of the appearance survey were synthesized and compared with the quality standards,so that the training process of normal students in Yunnan province was tested.The results of comparative study show that there is a certain deviation between the training process of Yunnan normal students and the quality standard.In the key link of training,the training of normal students in Yunnan province has some problems,such as the loose course structure and so on.In the practice of education,there are some problems such as the leading position of the University and other problems,such as the shortage of teachers' structure and so on.In the process of training important links,there are problems such as nominal enrollment,lack of research on graduation thesis and insufficient education of teacher qualification.In the training of advantages,there are problems such as lack of professional guidance in entrance education.Basedon these educational deviations,this paper puts forward three points for improving the training quality of normal students in Yunnan Province,which take teachers as the leading,the big class enrolment as the breakthrough and the construction of modular curriculum system.It is hoped that through this study,the problems existing in the training process of normal students in Yunnan province can be clarifying,and the internal normal education can be promoted continuously.Culvert development and the continuous improvement of basic education quality.
