Study On The Countermeasures Of Low Employment Rate Of Tourism Major Students Of Secondary Vocational School In Shenyang

With the rapid development of the economic level of China,Tourism has become an industry promoting the economic development of China with certain prospect for employment.This research is aimed at investigating the low industrial employment rate of the secondary vocational students,analyzing the problems and reasons in the employment,effectively resolving the problems in the secondary vocational schools at present and presenting the effective methods and measures.First,with the consultation of a large quantity of literature,the research background and importance of the low employment rate of tourism students in the secondary vocational schools and the present situation of research at home and abroad are known,the research contents,importance,thoughts and methods are determined;the relevant concepts are defined and the theoretical foundation for the countermeasures are determined.Second,the questionnaires applicable to the students and teachers of the secondary vocational schools and enterprises are established,the interviews,questionnaires and analysis of the students of Shenyang Vocational Technical School and Shenyang Tourism School are carried out.The present situation of the general employment of the graduates in the tourism of the secondary vocational schools,the low industrial employment rate and imbalance between the supply and the demand are analyzed.And then,combined with the results of interviews and questionnaires,the low industrial employment rate of the students in the tourism of the secondary vocational schools of Shenyang are analyzed from some aspects such as students' employment factors,training mechanism and staff of the schools,present situation of tourism,social factors and policy,laws and regulations,etc.Finally,according to the problems and reasons as well as the results of questionnaires,combined with the relevant literature and theory,the effective employment countermeasures are explored from some aspects such as teaching,industrial demand,employment guidance,foreign,provincial and municipal experience,etc.In this paper,the practical significance is started from the reality of the low industrial employment rate of the students in the tourism of the secondary vocational schools of Shenyang,with the investigation of the employment situation of the students in the secondary vocational schools of Shenyang,an attempt is made to find the problems and reasons in the employment of the students in the tourism of the secondary vocational schools so as to explore the countermeasures for the low industrial employment rate of the students in the tourism of the secondary vocational schools.The regional economy is served,take the market as the guidance,and train talents for the tourism industry,referring to the relevant domestic and foreign advanced theories and practical methods and trying to closely combining the theory with the practice.
