Bullying is a special kind of aggressive behavior that children show when they have not yet formed a good social adaptation. It mainly includes physical bullying, verbal bullying and relationship bullying. In recent years, with the education community and society increasingly concerned about the dangers of school bullying, how to make preschool children enhance their awareness of bullying behavior and reduce the occurrence of bullying behavior has become an important educational content in the field of preschool children. In the past, domestic and foreign studies on bullying were mainly just about the research on descriptiveness and pertinence. The subjects selected were mainly primary and middle school students. The research content mainly focused on the situation of bullying or being bullied, the type of bullying, the age, gender of bullying, characteristics and urban-rural differences in bullying. However, there are few existing intervention studies, and the intervention research on preschool children bullying is even rarer. Therefore, this study starts from the perspective of enhancing preschool children's perception of bullying behaviors and positive coping strategies, and reduces the occurrence of preschool child bullying behaviors. It selects different picture book theme activities as an intervention method to conduct experimental interventions for preschool children. This study selects two parallel classes in a private kindergarten at a small town named Zhalate Banner, located in Xing'an League,Inner Mongolia,as a research object, and conducts pretests. The results of the pretest show that the two classes of children have pretest homogeneity, and then randomly assign the two classes. One class is the experimental group and the other is the control group. The experimental group consisted of 26 children,16 boys and 10 girls. The control group consisted of 26 children,12 boys, and 14 girls.During the experimental intervention process, the experimental group of children were intervened for 8 weeks in the picture book theme activity. After the intervention was completed,post-tests were performed on the experimental group and the control group children. The research results show that after the intervention of the picture book theme activity,it had very significant differences between the children in the experimental group and the control group according to the post-testing of the bullying behavior questionnaire, interviews, and observation records;the children in the control group did not have significant differences before and after the observation while children in the control group had significant differences before and after the questionnaire on bullying behavior;children in the experimental group had significant differences before and after the questionnaire on bullying behavior, interviews, and observation records.Picture book theme activity interventions had a significant effect on recognition of children's bullying behavior, reducing of bullying behaviors, coping strategies. For this reason, this study suggests that preschool teachers use picture books as the material and organize various picture book thematic activities to continuously increase the children's awareness of bullying behaviors and master the bullying behavior coping strategies and reduce the incidence of bullying. At the same time,it inspires the educators to create a series of picture books which are suitable for preventing or reducing the bullying behaviors and promote children learning positive coping strategies, combining quantitative research with qualitative research, and thoroughly explore the unique educational value of picture book theme activities.
