Research On The Cultural Implication And Inheritance Of Chinese Traditional Apprenticeship

Chinese traditional apprenticeship is the main mode of training technology-oriented and skilled talents in ancient Chinese society.It was once active in the whole handicraft era and cultivated a large number of skilled craftsmen.Although the traditional apprenticeship has retreated behind the scenes in modern society,the craftsmen 'idea of creation and the creative thought in the traditional apprenticeship are enduring and precious cultural genes.By excavating the essence of culture condensed in Chinese traditional apprenticeship,this paper explores the values and modes of thinking which is engraved between master and apprentice and which is implanted in the depth of consciousness and permeated the culture and the world of life.And then find out the roots of the culture of master and apprentice,craftsman culture and technology culture contained in Chinese traditional apprenticeship.It is integrating the traditional apprenticeship culture into the modern apprenticeship system,and then promoting the combination of the modern apprenticeship "teaching technology" and "educating people",and evading the bad cultural genes of the traditional apprenticeship,effectively inheriting the excellent traditional apprenticeship culture.To alleviate the crisis of weak localization of Chinese vocational education,to strengthen the local originality of Chinese vocational education,to highlight the contemporary value of Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture,and to promote Chinese modern apprenticeship turns to local and conscious road.At the same time,Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.It is also of great significance to study the Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture and inheritance to awaken cultural consciousness and promote Chinese traditional excellent culture.This research is composed of five parts.The first part expounds the reason and significance of the research,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign research status of the cultural implication and inheritance of Chinese traditional apprenticeship,and understands the current situation,shortcomings,confusion and innovation and deficiency of the research.The second part deeply combs the historical evolution of the Chinese traditional apprenticeship,on the basis of understanding the history,from the historicalperspective to review,from the root of the Chinese traditional apprenticeship change and decline.And provides a factual argument for the cultural representation of Chinese traditional apprenticeship.The third part deeply analyzes the traditional Chinese apprenticeship from the perspective of culture.Through the appearance of the traditional apprenticeship,it excavates the cultural genes contained in the traditional apprenticeship,which is embodied in the "the culture of master and apprentice,craftsman culture and technology culture" formed in the process of the traditional apprenticeship.The fourth part explains the contemporary situation of Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture,which is embodied in three aspects: the breakage,concealment of Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture and the transgression of western modern apprenticeship.These three realistic circumstances have hindered the expression and inheritance of Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture in China,resulting in the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture consciousness is obscured,and it is concluded that Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture in the contemporary decline crisis.The inheritance of traditional apprenticeship culture has become an urgent matter.In the fifth part,from the perspective of cultural consciousness and inheritance,the author puts forward the rational construction strategy of inheriting.
