Culture is the spiritual home of mankind and the blood of the nation.Chinese culture has a long history and a profound heritage.The excellent Chinese traditional culture that has been bred in the development of Chinese civilization for more than 5,000 years is a uniquely spiritual identity of the Chinese nation,and it is also an endless and ever-increasing spiritual pillar of the nation.It is not only contributes to the continuation and development of Chinese civilization,but also meaningfully promote to the progress of human civilization,and it is also very important to guide people's worldview,outlook on life and values in today's society where material desires flow and people's minds are fickle.In recent years,the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments have issued the "Guidelines for Perfecting Chinese Traditional Culture Education","Opinions on the Implementation of the Project of Inheritance and Development of Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture" to accelerate the promotion of traditional culture education,which clearly stated that traditional culture education should be integrated into the curriculum and textbook system.Since 2017,the era of "one outline and multiple textbooks" has officially ended.The textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education have replaced the previous versions of textbooks and have been put into use throughout the country.Until 2019,the Chinese language curriculum in compulsory education will all use the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,which also marks the comprehensive renewal of Chinese textbooks in compulsory education primary schools.Professor Rumin Wen,the Chief Editor of the primary school Chinese language textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,also specifically mentioned that in the preparation of this set of textbooks,he tried to fully integrate the content of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the textbooks.Therefore,this study selects a set of twelve volumes of primary school Chinese language textbooks as study texts.Aiming at the content of the excellent Chinese traditional culture among research texts,analyze the traditional cultural inheritance of the primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education.The "Inheritance" contains two meanings: the first one is the static inheritance of traditional cultural inheritance content carried by the primary school Chinese language textbooks compiled by the Ministry;the second is the dynamic inheritance of traditional cultural education carried out by teachers in the actual teaching based on the edition of the primary school Chinese language textbooks.Therefore,two major research questions for this research were identified : The first one is what are the contents of traditional cultural inheritance presented in the content selection ofthe primary school Chinese language textbooks compiled by the Ministry on a static level?The second is to investigate and analyze the actual situation of teachers' traditional culture education based on the primary school Chinese language textbooks compiled by the Ministry.First,based on The Chinese Language Curriculum Standards,relevant policy documents,existing related research,and the actual situation of the text of this study,the research builds a framework for analyzing the traditional culture inheritance of the primary school Chinese language textbooks compiled by the Ministry with good reliability and validity.Second,using the literature method,the content analysis method and the analysis framework,to analysis the presentation of traditional cultural inheritance content in textbooks in each analysis item(including five systems of selected texts,writings,exercises,reading aids,images)and each analysis category(including explicit traditional cultural inheritance content: Chinese language culture,traditional literary culture,national folk culture,traditional historical culture,traditional art culture,traditional science and technology culture,traditional religious culture,traditional philosophical culture,ancient Chinese education,other traditional cultures;implicit traditional cultural inheritance content: Chinese traditional virtues)is analyzed in depth,and the rationality and urgent need for optimization of the selection of traditional cultural inheritance in textbooks are discovered.Third,the research uses interview method and classroom observation method to investigate the actual traditional culture education situation of teachers using the primary school Chinese language textbooks compiled by the Ministry and get to some suggestions of traditional culture inheritance in textbooks.Finally,based on the above,in order to achieve the purpose of effectively improving the traditional culture inheritance of primary school Chinese language textbooks,the author will come up with some thoughts on how to effectively integrate traditional culture into the primary school Chinese language textbooks and how teachers can effectively use primary school Chinese language textbooks for traditional culture education.
