Design and development of learning resources is very important in the design of multimedia teaching,with the development of multimedia technology,multimedia teaching resources are more and more concerned about,and the resource presentation choice to optimize the effect and improve teaching quality plays a crucial role.With the deepening of the learner centered teaching concept,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude has become a common concern.This study will take learning style and presentation of resources into consideration,and discuss the two cross explore influence on learning effect,to provide some theoretical basis for college students' individualized teaching,but also for the adaptability of college students learning resources,and provide ideas and suggestions on the new devetopment of educational software and educational systemThis study is based on the classical learning theory of Kolb and the model of learning style and the theory of resource presentation.This is not only a thorough analysis on the theory of classic Kolb style,Kolb's theory of learning is about that learning is a process-four cycle,extending to the learning style model;from the model of learning style applied to the presentation of the research resources,text,text with image(referred to as graphic),animation and commentary(referred to as video)is the mainstream resource presentations,as to provide some theoretical basis for the personalized teaching and research.On the basis of literature research and theoretical research,this research has carried out an empirical study.Two groups of experiments were designed to allow students with different learning styles to learn natural geographical knowledge;experimental contents are different difficult knowledge in the presentation of different resources.The purpose of the experiment include two sides:one is to verify the different learning styles of learners in different learning resources presentation knowledge learning effect difference whether significantly,the other is to explore the different style of the students will show what kind of difference in resource presentation,the final conclusion and discuss how to better design and instructional design for personalized teaching resources.The experimental results show that learning style and resource presentation have an interactive effect on learning effect when learning natural geography knowledge.Specific performance in:1)The effect of learning learning style assimilation learners use video learning resources is better than use graphic and text resources,as the significant difference between graphic and text resources to get different results in the two experiment,the two can not determine whether there are significant differences.2)The learning effect of using video learning resources for learners with centralized learning style is better than that of text and text.3)Adaptive learning style learners use text resources to learn better than other three learning styles.4)Learners with divergent learning styles use picture and text resources to learn effectively.Based on the results we can see,understand each learner's learning style is very important,it is crucial to the personalized teaching,in the teaching design and teaching process should consider a reasonable learning style,appropriate to provide the corresponding presentation of resources.
