Taking The Cultural Hall As A Carrier To Carry Out Researchs On Rural Community Education

As an important part of the rural revitalization plan,the rural community education faces the challenges that,in the new time,how it can form a joint community with government and school,and how it can coordinate relations among politics,culture and life adhering to "People oriented" and "Sustainable Development"concepts.As of 2013,the cultural hall construction has begun in the countryside.In accordance with the " spiritual home" orientation,the cultural hall combining the functions of inheriting traditional culture,promoting the mainstream value,enriching cultural and sports activities has become a place where the villagers yearn for.In the principle of local autonomous development under the government control,the cultural hall is not only manages in an orderly manner but also conducts knowledge popularization,skill training,moral education,recreation and entertainment to villagers through the integration of various resources.So the cultural hall is a good carrier for rural community education.The rural community based on cultural hall is not only an opportunity but also a huge challenge.It is of far-reaching significance to seek converging point between the construction of the cultural hall and the rural community education.Based on the theory of pedagogy,the author made a research and investigated the present situation about the construction of the cultural hall by choosing 96 villagers as the object of the questionnaire,randomly selecting from 10 villages for interviewee objects,as well as using the method of questionnaires and interviews.The study shows that there are many deficiencies in understanding,activity types,content,form and the management system about the culture hall.Combined with the professional practice,the author tries to analyze the reasons:the cultural connotation of the auditorium is difficult to change;the supply of activities is far from the needs of villagers;the content of activities deviates from the reality of life and the concept of embedded cultural construction,system building has many limitations.In order to give full play to the functions of cultural hall,this paper puts forward some advice on the above problems,for example,modifying partial cognition,promoting inclusive learning,enhancing the effectiveness of the contents,optimizing activities,improving the system and innovating management methods and so on.
