function to promote the unification of ideology and non-ideology of the ideological and political theory course in order to both meet the needs of the communist party of China in power and satisfy the needs of college students' growing up and success in moral,intellect and aesthetics at the same time,the unique advantages of Marxist theory and effective mining of resources of history and reality must be given full play to achieve transformation from course system and teaching system to the student ability quality system and "three education synergy" with moral education as the core of college
