With the rapid development of the country's society,the people's material living standard has been gradually improved,and the public awareness of physical and physical fitness has been greatly enhanced.With the rapidly growing popularity of mobile Internet,the strong support of the national "Internet plus" policy,a large number of Internet plus sports enterprises began to flourish,the emergence of a large number of mobile applications related to APP products in the market,the mobile application of APP products on each user's fitness form,the movement cost have a revolutionary impact.The public enthusiasm for fitness based on practical needs,to promote mobile Internet and sports fitness combining form,gave birth to the sports class App products,although the sports APP changed traditional forms of exercise,while the market movement APP exists with qualitative serious structure,single function,low population coverage poor user stickiness and other issues.Under this background,this paper uses case analysis method and literature method,field survey method,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other research methods,in-depth study of the sports fitness APP product development present situation,to explore the development of operation characteristics,value and find the restricting factors,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures,provide theory basis support for the construction and development of the Internet sports APP service platform.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Define the connotation of the Internet sports fitness service platform: APP Internet sports APP service platform is the mobile Internet as the technical support,the use of mobile devices and fitness APP products and services as the basis,to achieve online fitness,fitness events watch,big data records for the purpose of physical fitness in the same interest as the main user,have scientific fitness and health management,booking venues,sports friends and other functions in one of the comprehensive sports fitness resource service platform.(2)Internet sports APP service platform operation characteristics and function value: the operating characteristics including O2 O operation mode,personalized fitness concept,big data science fitness function value;including improving the fitness industry innovation mechanism,venue utilization,broaden the user communication circle,build sports ecosystem.(3)Internet sports fitness APP service platform market positioning:a.determines target market: active youth in the Internet age group under35 years old;people who are interested in sports fitness.b.target market population gender and regional distribution: among the target market population,there is not much difference in the proportion of men and women,49% of men and 51% of women.(4)Internet sports APP service platform development bottleneck:development platform to achieve a better,must also overcome many problems,specific performance: the serious problem of a.APP service platform content homogenization;b.APP service platform data accuracy and single function;c.APP service platform profit model is relatively backward;d.APP the service platform is lack of core competitiveness,user stickiness decline and other issues.(5)Construction of the Internet sports APP service platform and perfect the corresponding development strategy: a.to Strengthen Market Supervision,improve the service management platform;b.hardware to deepen data connection,innovation of science and technology service platform;c.update services,create a variety of profit model;d.build multiple platform security mechanism,improve user stickiness.
