Mahjong Entertainment In Village Life

As a folk game,mahjong is a common feature of folklore.This paper takes the village of Y village in south zhejiang as the case,from the perspective of folklore,to carry out meaningful in-depth exploration of the folklore.This paper describes the development status and prevalence of mahjong entertainment in Y village in zhejiang province.On this basis,the influence of mahjong entertainment on the interpersonal communication and social life of villagers is discussed.The research of this paper can help to understand the development of mahjong games in the traditional context.Through the discussion on the development status and the prevailing causes of mahjong entertainment in this village,this paper explores the influence of mahjong entertainment on the people’s interpersonal relationship and social life in the village.And provide an example based on fieldwork for folklore research.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.The introduction includes the reasons for selecting the topic,the significance of the topic,the research status of this topic and the research ideas and methods.The second part is the discussion on the cause of the prevalence of mahjong entertainment in the village of Y village.Among them,the main participants of mahjong entertainment in the village are middle-aged and old people.The specific field of mahjong entertainment is the small shop,the old society,the chess card room,the hotel four places;The reason for the occurrence of mahjong in this village is the economic development and prosperity of wenzhou,the stimulation of material involvement,the "luck" and "opportunity",group psychology and the lag of cultural construction in Y village.The third part is the social interaction and community network formed by the people through the form of mahjong entertainment,and summarizes the three types of social relations formed in mahjong entertainment.The fourth part is to study the significance of mahjong entertainment in the field of folklore.The study of mahjong in Y village provides a good research paradigm for the study of popular culture in folklore.Study the village’s mahjong entertainment culture,which is beneficial to the traditional folklore research field,from the "look back" to the "to present" the transformation of research perspectives is not only the traditional folklore,folklore is also life,people,in the present folklore.The fifth part summarizes the full text,and makes the folk game of mahjong entertainment.
