| As an important part of our country’s higher education,higher vocational education has cultivated and transported a large number of high-quality workers and skilled talents to the society,which has an important strategic position.Teachers,as the main undertakers of cultivating talents,are the core of human resources of higher vocational colleges,whose qualities and abilities directly affects the quality and effect of higher vocational education.According to the Outline of the national medium-and-long-term plan for reform and development of education(2010-2020),it is clearly stated that we should vigorously develop vocational education,strengthen the construction of teachers of vocational education,improve the training system,prepare training programs,and effectively improve the teachers’ professional level and teaching ability.Induction training is the important segment concerns the growth and development of new teachers,is also an indispensable link in the process of training vocational abilities.Thus strengthening the induction training of new teachers is an important work of constructing teaching team in higher vocational colleges.At present,the overall situation of new teachers’ induction training in higher vocational colleges in our country is not optimistic.Many problems have been appeared in the process of practical training,so the training quality needs to be further improved.It is necessary to study on the induction training of new teachers in higher vocational colleges so that we can find out the problems and causes to propose improvement measures.Based on the advanced experience at home and abroad for reference,taking A Institute of Higher Vocational College as an research object,the paper has studied on the actual status of new teachers’ induction training in recent years to explore improvement measures.The main body of the paper is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part has introduced the research background,significance,research status,research ideas and methods,etc.The main body firstly explains relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Secondly,through the investigation of new teachers’ induction training in A institute,the paper points out the situation and existing problems and analyzed the causes.Thirdly,by borrowing from the advanced concepts of education of other excellent colleges and universities in developed countries,the author puts forward the corresponding measures and ideas to strengthen the induction training of new teachers in A institute.The conclusion part summarizes the author’s view,and prospects the new teachers’ induction training in higher vocational colleges. |
