As the main undertaker of training high-quality laborers and skilled talents,teachers’ quality,educational teaching ability and professional practice ability directly affect the quality and effect of higher vocational education.There are some problems in the pre-service training of higher vocational college teachers,such as the deviation of training orientation and the low participation of cooperation between colleges and enterprises.This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the new teacher training in higher vocational colleges from the following aspects: pre-service training of teachers in higher vocational colleges,adaptation of new teachers in higher vocational colleges,professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and construction of double-teacher team.Through summing up and analyzing,we find that there are mainly three aspects of new teachers’ induction training in higher vocational colleges: national training,provincial training and school-based training.Through literature,questionnaire and field interview,this paper studies the theoretical basis of new teacher induction training in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes its implementation in Jiangxi Province.Through the study of the new teacher induction training in Australia and Britain,we can see that the two countries have achieved great success in terms of policy and system,strict control of the qualification of new teachers,establishment of overall education concept,establishment of entry and development training files,tutor guidance system and online learning.Based on the achievements and experience of Australia and Britain in the induction training of new teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the induction training of new teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the organization form of induction training.In the aspect of reforming the path of new teachers’ induction training in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: encouraging enterprises to participate in the induction training;strengthening the investigation and research of training demand and organizing the induction training scientifically;following the law of teacher development,optimizing the training content;standardizing the training process and stimulating the training motivation.In the aspect of establishing and perfecting the evaluation system of new teachers’ entry training in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: establishing and perfecting the standards and detailed rules for examination and evaluation of entry training;organizing multiple subjects to carry out entry training evaluation;and comprehensively applying various evaluation methods to carry out entry training.
