Research On Self-construction Of Happy Living Of Urban Retirees With Low Pension

In this paper,we take a Wechat outdoor group named " You healthy,I happy",which was created by unban and old retirees,as the research object.Using life-style construction as the theoretical support,analyzing how the aged retirees with low pension are self-constructing in their lives under the constraints of social resources.First of all,there are three different subjective life styles in old and aged urban retirees with low pension,they are: traditional non-subjective,modern subject-based,semi-subjective.Second among them,the modern subject-based one in pursuit of happiness,self-building online living space and offline living space on the basis of the original family life space.And in these three different living spaces,there are different ways to build happy life: In the family life space,the group have changed from the dedication of themselves,play the role of authority,full responsibility for family responsibility,do more than say to a moderate intervene in family life and even strive to liberating it from family life.It reflects the development process of this group's pursuit of happy life from freedom to self.In the online living space,they all have regular online routine,obey group rules and good communication atmosphere,showing more freedom.In the offline living space,expressing their feelings more directly and pay more attention to external beauty and they are more willing to express themselves.Third,through the above description and analysis,this paper reveals the mechanism of self-constructing of life under the constraint of social resources,respectively: "traveling" under the constraints of economic resources,"balance" under the social roles,"network" under the relationship resources.Finally,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of individual,social public service,social system,etc.so as to make the individual as the subject of "life",make the "life style benefit" come true and create a better life.
