This study focuses on the optimization of muscle injury and physical fitness training of college sprinters in Heilongjiang Province that explores the current status of muscle injury of college sprinters. This research investigated the relationship between muscle damage and optimization of physical fitness of college sprinters in Heilongjiang Province,Inquiring into the relevance problems of the Injury caused by muscle injury and Optimized Stamina Training for College Sprinters. In this study,44 coaches and 174 athletes from 20 universities in Heilongjiang Province, such as Harbin Engineering University,Harbin Institute of Technology,Heilongjiang University,Harbin University,Qiqihar University, and Harbin Institute of physical education were investigated and analyzed.Field surveys, questionnaire surveys and, mathematical statistics were used to analyze the relevant conditions of muscle injury and physical training. The purpose is to provide reliable theoretical support and data support for the research and to dig from empirical research. The main causes of different types of sports injury, the site of occurrence, the factors influencing the results of physical training, and the main factors influencing the muscle injury rehabilitation of college sprinters in Heilongjiang Province. This study found out the major causes of muscle injury of sprinters in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province and proposed several major causes. The feasible suggestions and strategies indicated the direction for the prevention of the muscle injury and the improvement of the sports performance of the sprinters in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. The study found that the survey of the 174 athletes, the proportion of sports injuries at different levels was as high as 47.7%,and no sports injuries accounted for 52.3% of the respondents. The injury rate of athletes who received traditional strength training was 78.4%,and the injury rate of athletes who received functional strength training was 16.3%.Secondly,among athletes who suffered injury, the highest proportion was mild injuries that exceeded the survey athletes.More than half of the population,as many as 50 people, accounted for 60% of the total;moderate injuries ranked secondly that the number is 27,accounting for 33%;the least were severe injuries, the number is 6,the proportion of 7%;Thirdly,the most common areas of sports injuries includes joint injury, muscle injury, ligament injury, contusion, bruises, fractures, fractures and other seven kinds of sports injuries;Fourthly, muscle injury occurs mostly in the fragile part of muscle, and the most common areas of sprint injury are the hamstrings, back muscles, and thigh adductor muscles.Fifthly, different physical training methods, training years and training levels can affect physical training results.Sixthly, the methods of injury prevention, recovery of muscle damage, diagnostic criteria, and different training methods are the main factors affecting the recovery of muscle injury.Several major causes of muscle damage were derived from the study, including training for inadequate routine preparation, unscientific fatigue training, imbalanced muscle strength in front and back muscles of the thigh, physiological changes in muscle tissue, internal and external environmental factors, typical structure of action, lack of medical knowledge, and weakened ideology. In response to the above conclusions,we put forward safety awareness raising, emphasis on preparatory activities and relaxation exercises, optimized the sprinter strength training programs, enforced core strength training combined with special strength training, and used physiological indicators to monitor exercise patterns, psychological training, and improved the external environmental disturbances. Also,Strengthen the level of medical supervision, improve self-protection awareness, and use physical therapy and exercise therapy to promote muscle injury rehabilitation and other recommended strategies.
