It is the superiority of social partnership in vocational education for promoting resource intensive and functional integration,dynamically combining the cultivation of technical skills talents with every link in use,so as to realize the socialization,industrialization and profitability of resources such as education,policy,technology and manpower,etc.With the deepening development of socialist market economy and the arrival of intelligent era in China,it is necessary to vigorously develop modern vocational education to achieve the strategy of manufacturing power.At present,vocational education in our country is actively implementing the pilot program of modern apprenticeship and strongly advocating the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,collectivized management and so on,however,based on such favorable circumstances,vocational education is still facing different difficulties in the aspects of system,institution,funding,human resources,etc,it is urgent to understand the demands of various stakeholders in vocational education and construct the management framework of vocational education for joint intervention of each subject.In view of the vocational education abroad,such as Australia,European Union countries,the United States and so on,through perfecting the cooperative dialogue mechanism of social partnership,all subjects are attracted to participate actively in the whole process in order to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational education.Because Denmark is a country with a long history of vocational education in the EU system,social partners are a major feature of promoting the development of vocational education,and the United States,as a country with good vocational education in North America,has also made great achievements in the social partnership of vocational education.Due to the two countries have more successful experience in social partnership of vocational education under the different political,economic,cultural and other social backgrounds,therefore,this study tries to explore and analyze the similarities and differences on the formation,types,process,contents and so on of the social partnership of vocational education between Denmark and the United States,it is expected to be beneficial to the formation of cooperative education mechanism for the stakeholders of vocational education in China,to promote the reform of the mode of running vocational education in China,and to provide a strategic choice for the development of modern vocational education.The first chapter is the introduction,including the-research background,significance,ideas,methods,innovations and deficiencies,literature review and definition of related concepts;The second chapter is the study of the social partnership of vocational education in Denmark,it mainly explains the formative reason,companionate type,established principle,influential factors,existent problems and future trends of social partnership of vocational education in Denmark;The third chapter is the study of the social partnership of American vocationaleducation,it mainly discusses the forming background,the composition,the procedure,the content,the types,the operational principles,the benefits and challenges of the social partnership of American vocational education.The fourth chapter is the comparative analysis of the social partnership of vocational education between Denmark and the United States,it mainly explains the similarities and differences according to the specific situation of the social partnership of vocational education between the two countries,and concludes that the formation of the social partnership of vocational education needs national macro-control and inspire a stable social and ecological environment;the establishment needs to build self-governing forces,optimize procedures and service altruistic awareness;maintenance needs active participation of members,to realize the harmonious and symbiotic development of benefit;safeguard needs the supervision and control of all parties,to avoid the one-sided risk of quality evaluation;The fifth chapter is based on the experience of the social partnership of vocational education between the two countries,it is concluded that the construction of the social partnership of vocational education in our country needs to improve the legal system and form a culture of collaborative education;enrich the framework of participation and standardize the process of cooperation among members;perfect the coordination mechanism and promote the concept of win-win cooperation;ensure the fairness of supervision and set up a scientific evaluation system.
