Research On Teacher Images In Teachers' Song Since The Reform And Opening-up

Teachers play an important role in education and teaching.Teachers are the spokesmen for education and the spokesperson for the entire society.The image of teachers is the most direct window for the public to understand teachers.The image of teachers reflects the changes and development of teachers' professions to a certain extent,and reflects the development of the country's politics,economy,society,and science and technology culture.The study of the image of teachers can not only be examined in a theoretical way,but also can be colored in pedagogic glasses to analyze teachers' images from teachers' songs.Teachers' songs can be used to directly experience,observe,analyze,and research teachers' images,and to make us fully and accurately understand the image of teachers.Songs,as part of our daily life,attract the public's attention with ethical,emotional,and popular features.Through the personal interpretation of the words presented in teachers' songs,we analyze the changes in teachers' morality,knowledge,and behavior.The teacher image is studied in depth in order to achieve a more profound understanding of the image of the teacher.This study will use teacher songs from the reform and open up to the present as its carrier to analyze the image of teachers.Focusing on teachers' songs,the teacher's image can be summarized into four types:dedication,conscience,intelligence,and strictness.From the analysis of the horizontal dimension,it can be found that the teachers' image in teacher songs shows the general characteristics of"raising to master and teacher morality first".In order to study more specific and in-depth,this study has adopted a case study method for the analysis of teacher images.The analysis of the typical teacher songs of the various types makes the teacher image appear more completely.From the analysis of vertical dimensions,we can see that due to the external changes of society and the times,the internal appeals of teachers and creators,and the influence of the mass media,the image of teachers in different years shows different characteristics.The period of social transformation is "selfless dedication",the market economy period is "beloved by people" and the period of multiple development is "multiple contradictions." Through the study of teachers' songs,the main problems in the image of teachers are identified as follows:the alienation of moral image,the absence of intelligent image,and the deviation of personality image.The main reason is the lack of attention to the universal meaning that teachers are"people"..To seek the promotion of the image of teachers,we must adhere to the "people-oriented"guiding ideology and let teachers move from "extreme" to "ordinary",from "model" to "active",and from "infusing knowledge" to "Reflective practitioners",from "masters of authority" to "humanistic carers," must also overcome the shortcomings in teachers,personality images,scientifically position teachers' personality images,and pay attention to teachers' non-teacher personality images.
