In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping als proposed three major battles to complete the construction of a well-to-do society in the Central Economic Work Conference,stressing the importance of fighting against pollution prevention.On March 5,2018,Prime Minister Li Keqiang stated in his report on the work of the government that he resolutely laid down the three major challenges and achieved significant results in promoting pollution prevention and control.From this,it can be seen that the party and the country attach great importance to ecological civilization and environmental issues.It is precisely because of this that the issue of eco-environment has increasingly moved from the central to the local and has become a national problem,which has caused widespread concern throughout the country.In addition,in recent years,with the general deterioration of environmental problems throughout the country,such as the continuous appearance of haze weather in winter in the north,people are increasingly aware of the seriousness of environmental problems,and this has also aroused people's awareness of environmental protection.In addition,with the emergence of environmental problems brought about by the economic development in various regions of the country,people in all regions have been fighting for environmental protection in order to safeguard their environmental rights and interests,and environmental incidents related to pollution have increased continuously,and have been continuously presented.Intensified trends.These environmental protest incidents have increasingly attracted the attention of the whole society.In the same way,they have also attracted the attention of the author.Based on the bottom-level perspective,this article has found that Zhao Cun's environmental protests have generally experienced the unwillingness of protest against environmental hazards during the brewing stage,the anticrisis struggle at the stage of exacerbation,and the mixed struggles over thedeterioration of environmental hazards,and in recent years the lack of strength in the phase of environmental deterioration.Through the analysis of the four stages of the farmers' environmental resistance,it is found that the reality of the farmers' environmental resistance exists in the four aspects of public-private fusion,economic rationality,complexity and weak organization.At the same time,there are three problems in the peasants' environmental resistance: the lack of responsibility of the grass-roots government,the passive response of the enterprises involved and the selfimposed limits of the farmers.This is specifically reflected in the negative actions of grass-roots government governments,the supremacy of corporate interests and the lack of integrity,the resistance of farmers to the exclusion of the law,the weak organization of resistance actions,and the benefits of the original intention to fight.Finally,starting from the problems existing in reality,this article starts with the government,the enterprise and the peasants in three levels and proposes the mentality of the peasants' environmental resistance.
