Study On Government's Limited Responsibility In Graduates Employment

Along with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the higher education gradually changes from outstanding person into popular. At present, the universities graduates are sharp increased, while the speed of society employment posts increasing is slowed. The universities graduates are more and more difficulty to get the situation. The questions how to relieve the graduates' pressure on employment, how to realize the human resources which are rational and optimize formulated, have already drawn common concern of various circles of society. The government, as the provider of public products,guardian of society's fair,meddlers of "market failure", in face of the periodicity,structural,development and system difficulties in graduates' employment, what kind of responsibility should be born? How great on earth is the range of responsibility?Because of the graduate's careers market failure,employment opportunity and higher education's accurate public and society' fair demanded, the government should interfere the graduate employment. While "the failure" in the working of the graduate employment,the structure unbalance of higher education's supply - demand and the society needed,government's ability limited,efficiency and justice,tactics adaptability principles are adopted in the working of the graduate employment. So the government limited range of responsibilities in settlement of the difficulties are discussed from the five facts, which is economic development and structural adjustment,labor marker improvement,higher education supply - demand equilibrium,human resources management,employment bill building. Through the Survey of the graduates' attitude on the government's employment policies, the present shortcomings are put forward. Finally, government should play the monitoring role, insist the market-oriented and adjust the relevance policy.
