Since the 21st century,with the economic development of our country entering a new period,more attention has been paid to the adjustment of structure and the transformation of motive force.the demand for innovative teachers and high-quality education has become the inevitable trend of the whole society.In the modern society in which information is widely and rapidly disseminated and used,there is a growing demand for high-quality normal graduates in society.Therefore,the Ministry of Education has put forward a program of training preeminent teachers.It aims to cultivate preeminent teachers who have systematic theoretical knowledge,strong practical ability,communication skills and innovative characteristics and then reform the curriculum arrangement and other related problems about the training of preeminent teachers in universities and colleges.Curriculum is the most important part of teachers' training in colleges and universities.Therefore,whether the program of training preeminent teachers can move forward steadily depends on the effectiveness of curriculum setting in some ways.However,one important point that can't be ignored is that there are still some problems in teachers'education curriculum in colleges and universities in today's society.And these problems have affected the quality of teachers in colleges and universities.Therefore,the curriculum reform of teachers'training is imperative.In addition,the scientific reform of curriculum setting of preeminent teachers in primary education major in university has important research value.The paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is introduction.It reviews preeminent teachers and the curriculum reform of preeminent teachers at home and abroad,and define the concepts of preeminent teachers,curriculum systems and curriculum setting.The second chapter analyzes the background of the birth of the preeminent teachers' training program from the background of the program.Moreover,it does a questionnaire on students in H Normal College who have the quality of preeminent teachers.From this,the conclusions of the qualities that excellent teachers should possess and the development direction of curriculum setting can be drawn.The third chapter investigates the specific conditions of training preeminent teachers in normal colleges and universities from the perspective of training preeminent teachers in colleges and universities.The third chapter is divided into tw o sections.The first section,taking H Normal College as an example,explores the training objectives,curriculum settings and assessment methods of the preeminent teachers' training in H Normal College by means of questionnaire survey,interviewing and case study.The second section sums up the individual characteristics of preeminent teachers in each university by comparing the comprehensive colleges and universities,higher normal colleges and local normal colleges and universities.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the existing problems of curriculum setting in the preeminent teachers' training program,and further explores the reasons for the formation of the problems.Based on the causes of the existing problems and the experience of teachers' training at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions of the curriculum setting of preeminent teachers in primary education major in higher normal university.
