The development of social economy to promote the reform and innovation of education.Learn from the experience of small-classteachingin developed countriesand the development of education in China's practical needs,the Ministry of Educationclearly put forward a new requirements--explore comprehensive primary school teacher' training mode.Some local education departments and normal schools have also begun to develop comprehensiveprimary school teacher,and achieved gratifying results.As a new mode of teacher training,it is of great practical significance to solve the shortage of teachers in some areas and provide some reference for other normal universities,which is worth exploring and studying.However,compared with thedeveloped countries,here are still many intractable problems in the training of comprehensive primary school teacherin normal university,andcurriculum setting which is very importantis one of the problems.In view of this,the athor selects the M Normal University as a case study,the studentsof the comprehensiveteacher major as the research object and the literature research,questionnaire survey,interview as research method,to investigatethe understanding of the comprehensive primary school teacher,curriculumobjectives,content,structure,implementation and evaluation and find out the insufficient in thetrainingcourseof comprehensive primary school teacher and analyze the reasons and understand the knowledge needs of teachers through deep interview with primary teachersandadministrators,then put forward the practical countermeasures.There are four parts in the study.Firstly,the introduction mainly introduces the background and origin,researchsignificance,literaturereview,coreconcepts andresearch ideas and methods.Secondly,the second and third partsare the focus of the study.In the two parts,the athor investigates and analyzesthe status of Curriculum Setting in the Comprehensive Primary Teacher major of theM Normal University and finds out the following problems: the curriculum goal is not specific enough,the value orientation is deviation;the innovation and integration of thecurriculum is not enough,theoryoverpractice;Curriculum proportion is not reasonable,the order needs to be adjusted;The curriculum implementation supervision system is not perfect,lacking practical guidance;Curriculum evaluation system is not complete,scitificity needs to be improved.At the same time,from three aspects of national policy,school and curriculum toanalyzethe reasons.The fourth part,through the deep interview with primary teachersandadministrators,combining with the policy and reality,puts forward the following suggestions: Clarifying the curriculum goal;Making sure that the curriculum contents focus on practicability,conformability,foudamentality,guidance and highlightsextensiveness,modularization,operability and diversity;Adjusting the curriculumproportion and order;Improving the rules of curriculum implementation system;Carrying out the curriculum evaluationsystematically.
