The practice of agricultural production is an important way for young people to get in contact with the ecological environment and understand the order of nature.Agricultural experiential learning is an innovative way to intervene the construction of the ecological moral quality of young people.This thesis,taking the “Agriculture and Community Economy” project of a social worker organization in Beijing as an example,employs qualitative research methods.Through interviews with young people and their parents who participated in the project,it obtains rich research materials.And combined with the archives of past services,it explores the impact of agricultural production as a carrier on the ecological moral quality of young people from the perspective of the changes in youth's ecological moral cognition,emotions,wills,behaviors and other abilities.It explores experiential education in social worker service and respects service objects.It pays attention to the positive factors such as the development of the human being to promote the development of the young people,finds that there are deficiencies in the project,and puts forward corresponding measures to provide reference for other relevant scholars.In the project study,the author found that past project activities have a major impact on the ability of young people to recognize ecological ethics,and have a deeper understanding of agricultural knowledge,agricultural cultivation techniques,and knowledge of the ecological environment;in terms of ecological emotions and ecological will The youngsters gradually accepted the land for feelings of affection to the land,cherished the awareness of food production to save food resources,and regarded the protection of the environment as their own responsibility.In the aspect of ecological behavior,the youngsters saved the use of water and other resources and classified the waste,and protected the environment.The behavior and love for animals and plants have been enhanced.In addition,the project also plays an important role in adolescents' expressive ability,practical ability and social competence.The natural environment of the site selected by the project is superior.The project work pays attention to the development of the person,respects the individuality of the youth,encourages them to participate in event planning,combines education and event design,and uses the experiential learning approach to educate young people fun.However,in the study,the author found that the project still has many deficiencies: the establishment of more goals,to enhance the ecological moral quality of youth for the purpose of targeted activity is not strong enough;Due to the pressure of adolescents to learn,the content of the activities is single,and the age difference of the participating youth is large,the continuity of family participation activities leads to insufficient continuity;the youth's participation in the ecological moral quality is insufficiently motivated.The lack of guidance in the aspect of ecological moral quality leads to a lack of young people's sense of acquisition in the aspect of ecological moral quality.The author put forward his own tactics of understanding: clarify the project objectives;strengthen the influence of parents on young people in the ecological morality;give full play to the young people's dominant position;strengthen activity innovation and layering.
