On The Development Of Quality-oriented Education In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Marx's Theory Of Human All-around Development

Man's overall development theory,which has important guiding significance for the higher education undertaking in China,is an important part of Marx's theory.In the new context,colleges and universities have devoted great efforts to developing reforms and innovation of quality-oriented education.On the one hand,it can promote the all-around development of college and university students in today's society.On the other hand,it can drive colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents that have better comprehensive qualities and meet requirments of the times.As clearly mentioned in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,we should comprehensively carry out education policies of our party,implement the primary task of strengthening moral education and cultivating intellectuals,develop quality-oriented education,promote educational fairness and train socialist builders and successors with all-around development in morality,intelligence physique and aesthetic.Thus,it can be seen that developing quality-oriented education in colleges and universities is a requirement for the overall implementation of CPC's education policies,which not only accords with the demand of the progress of the times,but also serves as the fundamental path to achieve the quality-oriented education goal in China.Therefore,it is very important to emphasize the development of quality education in colleges and universities,indirectly affect the improvement of the quality of the entire nation and the development of social economic construction.Following Marx's theory of human all-around development,this paper analyzes the internal relation between the theory of human all-around development and quality-oriented education.Moreover,an empirical investigation is made into Anhui Agricultural University,to explore and analyze the enlightenment of the human all-around development theory on the development of quality-oriented education in colleges and universities and develop countermeasures for solving problems in the development of quality-oriented education among colleges and universities.This article uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,etc.to collect and sort out the relevant data,and analyzes and studies the introduction and the four main parts respectively.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,content and methods,domestic and foreign literature review.The first part of the body,the background and process of developing Marx's theory of human all-around development and basic connotations of the theory are elaborated.Its basic connotations are explained from 4 aspects: human demand,human personalities,human social relations and human capabilities.The second part,explores the intrinsic relationship between human's comprehensive development theory and quality education,and analyzes the relevant factors involved.The third part,an empirical analysis is made on Anhui Agricultural University,to investigate the current situation of the quality-oriented education development in colleges and universities.According to investigation results,colleges and universities have made some achievements in the process of implementing quality-oriented education,but there also exist some problems.Problems are triggered mainly by factors,such as contradictions and confusion in students' value orientation caused by multi-culture,the instable establishment of the scientific education concept and little attention to individualized training of students,the market economy environment causes short-term effects of profit.The fourth part,the enlightenment of Marx's human all-around development theory on strengthening the development of quality-oriented education in colleges and students is discussed.This part mainly expounds guiding thoughts,contents,paths and education and teaching reforms for developing quality-oriented education in colleges and universities from the perspective of Marx's human all-around development theory,make some helpful suggestions.
