The motivation of teachers' professional development is the psychological activity that promotes them to enhance learning,and it is the internal force that promotes the professional development of teachers.In recent years,the country has attached great importance to the development of rural education and placed the promotion of education at a crucial position.The improvement of education level depends on the backbone of its team.The quality of young teachers is the key factor.However,the single emphasis on external motivation factors does not fundamentally awaken the awareness of rural young teachers in learning.Therefore,it is an important feasible measure to stimulate the professional development motives of teachers so as to promote their learning and promotion.This study breaks through the limitations of the previous single empirical study,adopts a qualitative research method,relies on the observation of the professional development activities of middle school young teachers in the X area,and selects case teachers to conduct in-depth follow-up interviews to fully grasp the qualitative information and rely on actions.Analysis of the Motivation of Young Teachers' Professional Development in Rural Junior High School.Based on the structure of the middle school teachers,this paper selects new young teachers as research groups.In addition,the teachers of the special posts were selected from teachers,and the teachers were transferred to the first year.The teacher was transferred to the middle teacher and the newly tutored medium teacher was the subject of the study.First,according to individual characteristics,the overall characteristics of the case teacher's professional development motives were described,followed by the ERG theoretical model,and the individual The characteristics of motivation,their professional development motivation is divided into three dimensions:.Survival motivation,mutual motivation,and personal professional development.The motivation for professional development is based on intrinsic motives.Therefore,this study uses teachers' internal perspectives to return to the young teachers in secondary schools to respond to their motivational characteristics.Pay attention to the changes in the motivation of the case-students and identify the influencing factors behind the motivation.Finally,combined with field research results,this paper proposes the motivating path for rural young teachers' professional development motivation.
