Social fairness is the goal pursued by the contemporary people.The fairness within the school organization is an important part of the current education equity.It not only affects the harmonious development of the campus,but also has a significant impact on the realization of social fairness and justice and the construction of a harmonious society.influences.The sense of impartiality of university student's organization in the school is the application and research of organizational behavior in university campus environment.This article uses literature collection,questionnaire survey,and data analysis methods to mainly study the current college students' sense of impartiality in campus organization and its satisfaction with school and fair belief.The sense of fairness in college student's organization is based on the study of the organization and behavioral organizational justice.It mainly explores the perceptions and concepts of the school's justice in the school's activities in school life and assessment of scholarships and other activities involving selfinterest.Among them,the scale of college students' sense of impartiality on campus includes four dimensions: procedural justice,distribution justice,interactive justice,and opportunity justiceThe main research results are as follows:First,The sense of fairness in college student's organization is currently at a medium level,and the interactional justice is higher than the overall average level,followed by opportunity justice,distribution justice and procedural justic,The sense of fairness in college student's organization has significant differences in gender,grade,,student cadre,family location,and political demographic variables.The difference in four dimensions is different,but there is no significant difference in professional and school categories.Second,The sense of fairness in college student's organization has a significant positive predictive effect on school satisfaction.There is a significant positive relationship between procedural justice,interactive justice,distribution justice,and school satisfaction in the four dimensions of college student organization justice.Will increase the impact on school satisfaction.But the result of the fairness dimension of the opportunity is not significantThirdly,The sense of fairness in college student's organization also has a significant positive predictive effect on the fair beliefs of college students.There are significant positive relations among fairness,fairness,and procedural fairness among the four dimensions of the sense of impartiality of university students' campuses.The degree of influence is the highest,but the interactive justice dimension has no significant effect on the belief of the fair belief.
