The education of the rule of law for young people is an essential requirement for implementing the strategy of administering the country by law.Middle school students are different from primary school students and high school students.They already have some civil capacity,which is not available at the primary school stage.The biggest difference between middle school students and high school students is that the former are still in the compulsory education stage.Middle school is psychologically more vulnerable than the middle school.At present,there are still many deficiencies in the education of the rule of law at the middle school stage in China.This article uses the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method to elaborate the legal education of middle school students from the following aspects.First of all,it elaborates on the current status of the legal education of middle school students,that is,how the legal education of junior high school students is carried out.Then it finds out the inadequacies.The shortcomings mainly include primary school students' poor quality of the rule of law,they are unfamiliar with the provisions of specific legal provisions,the teaching effects need to be improved,the teaching forms are too monotonous and mainly rely on classroom teaching.In response to these problems,the author proposes some improvement measures,which mainly include changing the single teaching mode in the past,changing the traditional understanding,improving the status of the rule of law education curriculum,strengthening teachers' rule of law quality and enhancing the implementation of quality education and other measures.
